Very poor customer service. We walked in the store 10 minutes before closing time just to quickly check something. The lady working there was extremely rude and told my 5 years old son that “we are almost out of here, don’t bother touching the boxes”. My son was not even messing anything and just walking in the aisle with us. We were very upset with her tone and walked out. No wonder why a lot of stores are closing and going out of business. Some of the employees don’t want to work or provide decent customer service. You should rather welcome your customers and remind them that they will be closing soon. Anybody can walk in to your store if you are open at that time and check whatever they want to. We are not going back to that store.
FYI It was an employee closing today 3/1/3025 if you would like to check and help her fix her attitude.

Too expensive to be in an outlet mall.
Sketches has become so popular and with that prices have gone sky hi. Too bad I liked their shoes. I can pick up a pair at DSW for same amount and less. And I get coupons.
