Yeah not so happy with this place. For their beds being as expensive as they are. You would expect a little higher quality service. I told the man that I was getting away from a purple mattress because of the quality. They delivered me a mattress that looks like it was a queen mattress put into a king size outer layer. You could literally grab the fabric and hold it in your hand as I showed him a picture of and he said well ours wouldn't be any different. I'm like what? And he showed me the stretchy material on the top and he said see I can stretch this out. I said no this is different. He seemed to not want to make a sale. So I left. No big deal. I've since checked out a l e e s a mattress after leaving there and I have ordered one. I am just so shocked by how indifferent this man was. Oh well. I just saved $2,000

As someone affectionately known in my own industry as the Sovereign of Sleep, I hold impossibly high standards when it comes to comfort. (Yes—I’d feel the pea.) My expectations are nothing short of magical. And on a rainy evening at the Aurora Fox Valley Sleep Number store, Sheryl delivered just that.
Though we didn’t purchase a bed that day, Sheryl listened intently, asked the right questions, and effortlessly matched my spouse and me with the perfect pillows—despite our sometimes competing sleep needs. Her knowledge, empathy, and sincere warmth flowed with grace and confidence, creating a connection that felt both personal and professional.
As a comfort and design expert myself, I can say this: Sleep Number continues to exceed expectations not just in service, but in quality. Their commitment to personalized solutions and consistently exceptional customer care makes them the only brand I confidently recommend—every time.
We left feeling supported, seen, and sincerely grateful. Sheryl is a gem in every sense, and a shining example of what the Sleep Number experience should always be.

Nice mattresses, comfortable but expensive. Found a more comfortable mattress at Sandman for a third of the price.

This is the second mattress my husband and I have purchased from Howard K. We both enjoy the fact that he doesn’t do the “hard sell”. He gives you the facts, listens to your needs, and presents the options very efficiently. The products are great and would recommend Sleep Number to anyone. I’m looking forward to the new technologies being offered with our new mattress too.

Great service. Our sales representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to get us the products we needed and the ones that were not available, he shipped directly to us. He listened to what we wanted and pointed us in the right direction on a few items, truly appreciate the knowledge and his patience. We have been customers for years but since the products stand the test of time, we had not upgraded in awhile. We definitely had a chance to experience some of their new products in our last visit.

Don't buy a bed from sleep number period. That whole 90 day try out is bs. They change you $200+ for delivery...if you don't like it they change you another $200+ for pick up. Still have yet to return the original amount.
Edit: Yes 100 nights free trial that your sales associate did not mention a pick up fee.

Howard was salesman and he was wonderful in explaining each features for each beds and the experience led us to purchase a sleep number 7. Thanks Howard yes husband still have sad face but once it's delivered I will give an update.

Howard was my salesmen in Aurora was so nice showed me all the beds told me everything about each one.. I layed down on all and was very patient with me. I bought one and will tell all my friends & family about Howard will definitely be back!

Do not work go and buy a mattress there today, because the same jerk who gave me attitude for a simple wrong number because of Google still thinking it's a mattress firm might be working when you go. I prefer professionalism and kindness. Probably be taken over by yet another mattress place anyway.

Sheryl and Howard at the Aurora, IL SleepNumber Bed location are a Dream come True. Knowledge, Advice, and Second-to-None customer service... in the store, over the phone, LOVE IT!!!!!!
