Stayed there for work a whole two weeks half the time if it wasn't the lady that checked me in I would be asked upon entering the hotel after exiting an Uber every night do I have a key on night I was locked inside the double doors and wasn't able to gain access until I pulled out my room key I whole time I was being looked at by two people at the front desk seeing me unable to enter the second set of doors after they remote locked it I started to make a written statement of my experience but being a brown man in American I deal with this everyday so I don't expect anything to be done about it or anyone would care

It was a good location but we found a baby cockroach and in our room and dirty forks and dirty pads under the bed and the desk lady gave me a note saying she will talk to the manager and the next day the manager wasn’t there

331 is The room I stayed in it was disgusting. There was a cockroach in the bathroom and the coffee maker that was in the room was disgusting there was a coffee thing that was sitting in there with mold on it do not come here

Front desk service was good, price is good.
Room condition is not up to the mark. Bathtub was slippery, A/C was noisy, room was smelly. Elevator did not work most of the times.
Not recommended for family travel.

One of the worst hotels there is……the front desk lady is just so rude the hallways smell terrible if I could rate this a 0 I would if your room isn’t infested with ants it’s infested with bedbugs…. My 9month year old son was almost got bit by one but luckily I seen it and left… GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

They have no parking for semi trucks or motor coaches. It’s in the middle of a residential area. No parking available in streets. Room is your budget no frills room. Pool was closed and not filled. Room smelled musky.

I booked this hotel in the app and was asked for a deposit at the counter. I took out the cash. She said i had to pay the deposit by credit card. She said that I was in trouble and asked the police to kick me out, but she didn't refund the money to me. Finally, she returned the money to me with the help of the police.

Clean lobby, the rooms are good for the price. The customer service here is awesome, the hotel would be one of the best if the amenities like the swimming pool was open.

The rooms were below standard… The carpeting was atrocious… They use two flats sheets as fitted sheets and blankets were as thin as toilet paper… I would recommend this super eight to my worst enemy I had one… I would not recommend this hotel for any of you, but you go at your own risk

Where to begin...For being as close to Naperville as you can, this hotel doesn't belong. Motel 6 would have been similar, but $50 cheaper. Pool says closed on their site but who rents thru the hotel site and not an app? Pool/Gym closed. Seems like it's beign fixed for a very long time. Comforter is as thick as a napkin and had a hole in it. Bathroom is a dungeon and shower rod has several holes, ready to fall again (no anchor) fire alarm went off at 8am and no one knew how to turn it off so we all went downstairs jic. Door cards had to be reset EVERY day of our stay. So several trips back down from 3rd floor corner. Breakfast is adequate for children. Air/heat is glitchy. Temp control is inaccurate. The cleaning crew is so loud in tue morning. Absolutely embarrassed to have stayed here. For $100+ day this hotel is absolutely not worth it. Go elsewhere.
