I have 5 cars which always need something. In this world of scams it is a true unique pleasure to deal with a company that is honest, reputable, and professional in every way. Frank went out of his way to help solve my transmission problem. That is the way it was done years ago. My sincere thanks to the guys at Superior. I am not a relative or connected to them in any way. First time customer.

Had the transmission serviced here for a fluid pressure code. Frank took the time to explain my options nd didn't sell me repairs I don't need. Good shops are hard to find and leave you wondering. I would come back again for any transmission work.

Dealt with Frank and Lenny with transmission problems on my Tahoe. Both of them were very knowledgeable and honest with everything up front. Anytime something new came up with an update they would call ahead before making any more necessary repairs. Truck feels like it's a brand new vehicle now.

I don't think in the 30 years of my existence that I have ever been this angry. These people are the biggest liars and scammers I have ever come across. (Frank specifically is the biggest liar on the planet) They had my car for a whole month, charged me to rebuild a transmission and it broke down on me the very next day. Frank tried to gaslight me by saying "it could be anything signaling the same problems, like the engine" excuse me? Do you think I'm stupid ? Totally insulting my fuck*** intelligence. These people are incompetent, incapable, and rip offs! NOTHING about them is superior when it comes to fixing a transmission!!!! I can write a book on everything that has happened during the time my car has been in their presence but I will save it for court! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these people, they are liars and only talk a good talk to get you in there. Btw, it's been a month and a half and I still do not have my car and they still don't know what's wrong with it!!! There's no way these positive reviews are real! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!

Great service and value! Brought my vehicle in to have the trans fluid changed on my Chevy silverado with 100k miles. They went ahead and tested the fluid first and said that it really didn't to be changed but they found that one of the lines to the trans oil cooler had a leak. I had them replace both lines to the oil cooler, change the trans fluid and also change the rear differential grease. I was impressed with their service and it was done at a very reasonable price. Thank you Superior Transmission!

Frank and his team are dedicated and stand by their work. I had a transmission replaced with a part straight from the GM that ended up failing 6 months later. Frank went out of his way to get the replacement part covered by GM. His staff have kept me informed during the whole process and were very apologetic for the issue. Would definitely go back here as Frank stands by his work.

Frank will take care of you. He and his team impressed me with their knowledge and expertise, friendly explanation and a clearly-described, fair assessment. His advice to gently drive the aged transmission on my rusty $3000-value van to its eventual demise in a year or two, rather than a replacement, was a great relief. Thanks Frank!
