I purchased earrings from this store in past.I went in recently to check if one of my earrings can be repaired and interacted with Julie.She was rude and not at all supportive.I am still checking on options to repair this earring.I will never go back to this store again.

Visited here yday to purchase couple of Xmas gifts. One of the associates, Lori I believe was her name. She could be a new employee, had some difficulty finding the products. Nevertheless, had a great energy. Warm and welcoming. Her supervisor unfortunately(forgot her name) was plain rude. You don’t yell at your subordinates in front of your customer! This made my whole experience awkward. I would still visit the place, their collections are good. Except I wouldn’t want the supervisor lady to ever take care of me.

If I could I would give only a half ⭐️ . The sales person wanted to sell me the display watch which is against their policies to do that. They are not allowed to sale anything on display or something it’s not working. And on top of that the watch was also damaged. As the watch that I was looking for was out of stock. And she told me over the phone that she has a new one. And I asked her nicely to put it on the side for me , as I will come in and get it. When I arrived I asked her if she inspected the watch and she said yes. Where she lied to me again. It looks like she just wanted to make the sale and not even obeying their policy rules. And on top of that lying to a customer. Of course I didn’t bought the watch . Shame on her she should be fired, because whom knows how many customers she tricked or even lied to.It gives bad reputation to the store .

bought my wedding ring set here, Within 6 months the main ring started to tarnish and chip while the band remained in good quality. When taken in for the warranty or look for an option to fix for fee both options were denied. Apparently the warranty only covers stone damage. This was upsetting because it was obvious one ring was better quality than the other as they were worn together and cared for equally but management blamed my care of the ring to be at fault for orange tarnishing. wasnt offered an option to fix my wedding set, a store credit or even a simple follow up number to take my concerns or attempts to fix the ring set. very disappointing when they told me just never wash your hands with it on so it doesnt look any worse... that exactly what you want to hear about your wedding bands..

Went in here many times, and I gotta say they have a huge selection of styles and great prices. I got my mother a premium necklace and matching bracelet, and when I tell you I came out with a steal, I did! Thanks again for all your help, and I will come again for me and my family.
