The people working there were nice. I went there because I had a coupon for $25.oo off, I picked the package that costs around $89.00 so I expected the cost to be $25 less but my total was $91! When I asked they said the difference was the oil filter. Why is that not part of the $89???? Or tell the customer upfront of the additional fee! I was asked about the airfilter which I thankfully turned down. The car dealer charges almost the same price and the oil change lasts longer. I don't think I'll be back there.

I went here for an oil change and 5 min after leaving I started smelling coolant. 5 min after that my car overheated. I opened the hood and there was coolant everywhere they forgot to tighten the coolant cap back on.... Don't go here unless u like being broken down on the side of the highway. I called them they said they would call back and they never did

Stumbled across this place while in the area, and was so impressed, the service they give is out of this world. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel like your vehicle is in good hands. Went to take 5 today. The staff were courteous and super helpful and efficient. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. It was such a great experience this is where I will be getting my oil changes from now on!

Awesome flipping experience. Heard so much about T5 from my brother when we were in the Air Force. Extremely satisfied with everything and the military discount goes more than just money. Oh, it’s Christmas Eve too. I hope every employee gets a shout out for their work. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👍🏼👍🏼

Not a good experience- pulled in around 4pm- and left around 4:50pm- believe the mgr left and then it Seemed like a lot of standing around- I know the one guy was new but when someone is waiting for 25 minutes before the car gets touched that is not the the time to train someone- Was told mobile1 service was 10,000 miles but after I pulled out, the sticker said 3,000? Did I get the right oil? I have been to other take 5 not sure I will be back-
