Not handicapped accessible- employees very rude- wouldn't help even though we could not access 95% of the store. Associate stated they didn't have to be ADA compliant.

Kept pushing the credit card after we said no. Like, mentioned it 5-10 times between 2 workers. When we were discussing coupons while shopping and whether they'd work in store, a worker that was stocking inserted in our conversation saying the only in store discounts are with the credit card, even though my dad said he had a 25% off. We didn't want to make a big deal so we ended up not using it, but he noticed later in the fine print it said it was for online or in store... so they talked us out of a 25% discount on an over $100 order. Soured me on this store for sure, and the disinterested response of the cs that asked if I wanted follow up (which I said yes and never got), has soured me on the children's place as a whole.

Alejandro, who claims she’s a manager is insensitive and rude AF. I planned on buying couple dresses as a Christmas gift and asked to hold at the desk upon price check while I was still shopping.. Literally within minutes (I was still shopping right in front of the cashier but turned towards other side) I came back realizing I didn’t needed anything else wanting to pay for the dresses I left at the front desk. They were both gone and taken by someone.. This lady, Alejandro was rude AF and insensitive and not at all apologetic for how my clothes I gave to hold went missing right in front of their eyes. She kept insisting I buy one size down without knowing who I’m buying them for. Mistakes happen but attitude and how you handle matters.

I have been coming to the Chicago Premium Outlets for years. Always loved the large selection of retailers, and even more with the expansion they've done in the last few years. The only down side is limited restrooms (I believe due to COVID) and parking. If you come on a weekend just prepare yourself for long waits either looking for parking or entering certain stores like Nike or Adidas. Other than that, the facility is really nice, open air and plenty of discounts throughout the year.

Good shopping mall. Outside is nice in the summer but pretty damn cold in the winter. The park is nice but due to Covid is shut down. The food court needs some help. Only four places to choose from it leaves something to be desired. But store like Nike, coach, Oakley. Carters.. it's nice to have

I visited the outlet for the first time since Covid pandemic. I went because I wanted to visit Cole Haan. Their hours are now 11:00-7:00. I arrived to Cole Haan around 2:10. There was a sign on the door that said they would be back. Really?? When?? What time did you leave? After killing time waiting for someone to re-open I finally made a call to the store but there was no answer. After 1/2 hour I called again and this time Jennifer answered. Obviously she had forwarded the calls to her cell. She preceded to let me know that legally she was due a 1 hour break...When I asked what time she would be back she said 3:20. I pointed out that it would be in excess of 1 hour. So she said she would be back 3:10. True to her word she was. Amazing that a 1 hour break is needed after only working 3 hours. I understand that a lot of the stores have single coverage. But there has to be a better way to deal with the situation. There were many shops that had similar signs on them. It will not make me want to visit this outlet or store anytime soon. After all, there is the internet.

No social distance no mask enforcement, we Will not return. Have come to the outlets twice and both experiences the same. There is no social distancing at all. There are lines to limit the number of people in stores but the lines are not social distancing and no one there to enforce it. There were people not wearing their masks and there was no one to enforce wearing masks. It's great to have signs but unless it's enforced it's pointless for people who do not care to adhere to cdc recommendations. Don't risk it, it's not worth it, there are no good sales.

I stopped in the store today and was very disappointed with customer service. There were 5 employees there No one greeted me as I came in. I was not asked if I needed any help. I was interested in a piece but no one came to help. I know they all saw me but they were standing around talking to themselves. No offer to help so

Great place. Plenty options, and great prices. You can usually find anything you need here. Usually good sales going on as well! I like the under armour store the best!

06/14/20 - what an absolutely fabulous day to be outside. It's 71 degrees, sunny w/ very low humidity. If you have never been here it's an outdoor mall similar to Old Orchard but w/much lower prices. Granted it is a bit of a haul from Chicago, but Cest la vie. As could be expected there are lines, but they move fairly quickly. Only about 1/2 of the stores were open as Covid is still around but the curve in Illinois is dropping off. I came out here to try and exchange a pair of shoes I found buried in the basement that I never wore before and to redeem a couple of $10 coupons I received as rewards for previous purchases from a Jockey outlet store. They have a pretty nice variety of stores here & it's nice to be able to get out after the quarantine even if restrictions are still present. If you have a day off it's a nice way to spend a few hours

Been here a couple of times before, and I believe this is the place to be if you're into outlet shopping centers. They have a have all the stores that one might hope to find, all offering great deals. This outlet has been expanded a lot since my first visit. More merchandise and more eats, you can stay all day here. Parking lot is huge but it might need a little patience to find a spot. This place is fun just to walk around or to window shop. Plenty of areas where you can sit, relax and enjoy a conversation with your friends over a cup of coco or coffee. The food court is pretty decent too.

If you dont LOVE this outlet mall you clearly have issues with nice things. Almost everything is 70% off or better. Kids, men, women, its ridiculous and I'm in love!
