Pretty average compared to other too cool’s. Super well stocked with a good variety of items and nice staff. I was able to find some unique blind boxes. Overall would recommend.

My daughter and I visited too cool in fox valley mall and was harrased by the Asian women whom claimed too be the manager. When my daughter and I walked into the store, the lady followed us so close that if I would have turned around well be kissing (literally). She made my daughter feel so uncomfortable that my daughter said maybe we should leave. I didn't want to cause a scene in the store so I called the store asking to speak with the manager and she claimed to be the manager. I asked her if she discriminate towards black people bc her actions showed otherwise. She claimed that she didn't noticed me in the store and wouldn't mind rolling back the cameras. I said excuse me? You were the one harassing and stalking my daughter and I around the store bc as soon as we left, you seemed to act back normal.

This is the store for the young adults that are into collect animals dolls. And other collect other . Pretty cool place to goits got it all for them.

I bought some kpop albums, but the first two I opened DID NOT COME WITH ANY PHOTOCARDS?!!! That’s the main reason I buy these albums, for the inclusions. This is unacceptable, if you’re going to sell something without ALL the inclusions, let the customer know. Especially if you’re charging an arm and a leg for each album. Will be going back to return them, this is ridiculous.

I was literally trapped inside the store!! The employee that is working today 11/29/23 left the store and closed the gate behind her. It took me 10 mins to figure out how to open the gate so I can get the heck out of there!!! Horrible experience. I feel like I strained myself.

Very friendly and experienced staff. Prices are AT LEAST HALF of what you see at anime convention. Mostly plushies, statues, and gunplua / model mech kits.

Very friendly owner. Prices are actually pretty fair despite being in a mall. Theres another store that sells similar figurines for twice the price of this shop. Def come here for Pokemon merch as well. Can't thank owner enough for having a digimon figurine in stock so that I'd have the perfect Christmas gift for my bf.

Who doesn't love the anime store? The space is small and tightly packed but they always have a great selection of weeb stuff for the Japanamaniac in your life. Plus, in my experience, it's the best store in the mall to get sheets of stickers.
