It was my first time here and I couldn't be happier. I got a great qoute from Micheal and was able to get my car in the next day. Gavin did a fantastic job on my car and it feels brand new! Will be coming back for when its time for my front brakes to be replaced.

I had a fantastic experience at Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center in Aurora! I came in needing new tires and brake repair, and the whole team went above and beyond from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, gave honest recommendations, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
The work itself was excellent—my car feels smoother and safer than it has in a long time. The technicians really know what they’re doing, and their attention to detail shows.
What stood out the most, though, was the wonderful customer service. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road with confidence. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both skilled and truly customer-focused, but this location has it all.
Highly recommend Tuffy in Aurora for tires, brakes, or any auto services! I’ll definitely be returning.

I went in late last night after searching at other places, because my check engine light came on. Fernando and Mike took great care of me as well as the other customers.
I appreciate them for being so nice, attentive and friendly.

I took advantage of a coupon to get an amazingly priced full synthetic oil change. I reserved a timeslot online, and brought the car at the appointed time. Work began promptly, and was completed in less than an hour. Tuffy also performed a comprehensive inspection, documenting it with photos! I was pleased to be told that no other work was needed at this time, not even an air filter. I will most certainly bring my business here again.

Came in the day before due to a flat tire, and they ordered a new part day of. The very next day the tire arrived and was placed on my car within 20 minutes. The service was great and Mike was very kind!!

If you want to repair your car and are considering Tuffy, I recommend the Aurora center. They have good service, treat customers well, offer reasonable prices, and are honest. Avoid Tuffy Batavia—bad experience, poor customer treatment, dishonest, and exorbitant prices.

A check-engine light popped on in our Kia Soul and we took it to Tuffy since it was nearby. Michael was very sympathetic to our concerns and walked me through everything very patiently and diligently. Turns out our engine was consuming oil and they flushed everything out and topped us off. Said we could come as often as necessary to inspect the oil consumption and they would top it off free of charge if necessary. Moving forward, we will only ever do our oil changes at this location since they stand by their work and service. Michael at the front desk is kind, considerate and understanding.

I hit my brakes flushed and I had two tires put on. The service was excellent. The technicians in the office manager might treated me like royalty and they got the job done. I couldn’t be any happier.

Have had rear brakes and an alignment done at this location. They are competitively priced, don’t try and over sell you on unnecessary services and are quick with the work. Staff is friendly and polite as well.

Mike was very attentive and I really appreciated the multi checkpoint analysis system they are using. Detailed explanation and photos, along with recommendations and price estimates. Job was executed with alloted time frame and to my satisfaction. Will be back.
