My husband went to UHaul for moving supplies and due to being disabled after getting hit by a car, he's unable to lift heavy things. After making purchases of boxes, he asked for assistance with getting supplies to car. The cashier threw a royal fit and dumped everything by his car which resulted in getting blown all over the parking lot. Now, because of THAT, my husband is in a world of pain! The store is just lucky that I am finding out about it after the store closed for the day. You can BET that I am going to call the FIRST THING in the morning to file a major complaint. After that, I will be reaching out to UHaul headquarters and make sure THEY are made aware of that had happened.

This has been my go too every single time! I love the controlled climate plus I ran into a life predicament and they hooked me up with both my storage units on the very same floor! Without me having to ask! Always clean environment and always pleasant customer service

Best uHaul around. Top notch help when I was looking to purchase some used equipment. Very thorough too, they must have asked for my drivers license about a dozen times! LOL.In all seriousness, this is the first and only place you should visit if you are in need of their services!
