Terrible. These reviews are very much 100% accurate. When you enter there is no welcome or can I help you. When you can’t find your size well then you probably need to find another Ugg store. The workers don’t acknowledge you when you ask for help they pay attention to one costumer at a time. If you like the store that is your option and that’s ok. My opinion is that you should not go to that Ugg store and that the workers should at least try to help at least 2-3 people at a time. Not a recommend Ugg store.

I bought a pair of shoes around Thanksgiving. I knew exactly what I wanted, so we came about 45 minutes until close. When we got there the woman at the door tried to act like they were at capacity and made us wait outside about 15 minutes in the freezing cold and kept us waiting even though groups of people were walking out and it was only 4 of us. Keep in mind they had no benches so you couldn’t sit to try anything on & inventory in sizes 9-11 were pretty low in women’s. Customer service was also terrible no greetings when you walked past employees they just watch you like a hawk.
I get the shoes I wanted even though I was going back and forth about even buying them because it was the only pair in my size on the shelf and it looked like they had been tried on by numerous people but I really wanted them. Unbeknownst to me that I wouldn’t be able to return them because “it looked like they had been worn”. Something I wish the cashier would’ve told me when purchasing them because I wore them around the house ONCE for max 5 minutes and quickly realized I don’t really like the look like I thought I did. He saw the way they looked when I purchased them and that’s exactly how I put them back in the box.
Today I tried to return them. I’ve literally had them sitting in the box still with the receipt & still within the return window. I just couldn’t get back up there right away due to me being in an accident. The cashier was trying to find ANY REASON not to take the shoes back. She said because the inside part was flat (which is how I bought them which could have came from numerous people trying them on) they can’t resell them so they can’t return them mind you the shoes still looked BRAND NEW & the way they sold it to me was literally the way I was returning them. So why was it okay to sell them to me like that??
I asked to speak to the manager that’s refusing to take them back. She came from the back all rude saying we were interrupting her pee break and rudely told me she’s not taking the shoes back without even hearing what I had to say. So I asked for her corporate number and her name and with an attitude she told me “Z” and she doesn’t have a corporate number and that I need to scan the QR code on the bottom of the receipt. So just so I had spelling of her name correct because she was wearing no uniform (mind you she came to work in not so professional street clothes) or a name tag I asked her to write her name on the receipt and again with an attitude she says “Z like the last letter of the alphabet” and basically dismisses me from there.
They need a new policy, better training, and a whole new crew or something but I would NEVER spend another dime here!

I did not go here based on all of the negative reviews and the issues that customers had trying to exchange/return their purchase. The store Journeys also carries all men’s and women’s UGGs shoes. They have the best customer service and also have a one year deadline for returns. Save the hassle and just go to Journeys for these shoes.

I recently bought a pair of shoes from UGG using my card. After purchasing, we realized that the pair we actually wanted was displayed by the entrance windows, which we hadn’t noticed before. So, we returned the first pair to get the ones we originally intended to buy.
About a week after the return, I looked it up online and found out that, due to my flat feet, I should not be wearing these shoes. UGG shoes simply don’t work for us.
We went back to the store to return this second pair, and that’s when things got ridiculous. The so-called "manager," Jacqueline Caristalez (if that’s even her name), refused to issue a refund. She claimed that because we had returned the first pair, her system wouldn’t allow a refund—only store credit. This is completely absurd. No one informed us during the first return that returning the shoes would block us from getting our money back if the second pair didn’t work. They intentionally withheld that information, knowing it would trap us into store credit.
When I pressed her on this, she insisted that she was the highest authority in the store and refused to call a supervisor, even though she clearly wasn’t equipped to handle the situation. She then tried to call someone from another store—an "assistant manager" named Jackie. Wait, so Jacqueline, who claimed to be the manager, calls someone who is below her for help? It makes no sense and proves that she was lying about her position. After I pointed this out, she literally walked away, abandoning the conversation.
This whole experience is a mess of deception and poor customer service. I believe this is deliberately misleading and possibly a violation of consumer rights. If this isn’t resolved promptly, I’m seriously considering taking this issue to Small Claims Court.

I ordered the tasman uggs during Christmas and it got canceled with no explaination. I have been waiting for those shoes for a long time and never received them in my mail. Please acknowledge this.

Went into get my son a different sizwe shoe cause it didn't fit so we wanted to Exchange them took them up front and the lady to me i can not exchange than because they have been woren! My son never wore them just tryed them on at home! And so said there was a little mark on the shoe so we can take them back! Lady was very rude and so i had to buy him the new size! I will never go there again!!

Just went in today, younger associates have no customer service skills. I was uncomfortable to even approach the counter because they all had an unapproachable demeanor. I will never go back to the store again and will continue with online orders.

The store is decent, but the employees are not on the same page. I asked for a certain size four times, was assured it was in stock, and they gave me the wrong one and didn’t inform me. I got all the way home, just to have shoes that didn’t fit, and then, when I went to go back, they were sold out of my size. Be wary.

Please fire your transgender employee, he is a real jerk who does not want to do his job, we had a problem with the shoe size, we approached him to ask if you have another size, he first picked up the phone to talk and only then paid attention to us , he told us that we don't have another size. A minute later, we approached another consultant (a nice girl with a Mexican appearance) and she brought us another shoe size
