I put in an order of pavers and most of them were broken and a huge variation in sizes. Because of this, I couldn't finish a job on time and they refused to give me a discount or some money back and made me loose money on a project. For a company that says we stand by our products and even shipped out another pallet after telling them I will charge them for my time and pick up, they sent a pallet that half of the pavers were broken on. Will not ever use this company and lawsuit is in place for what they did to me on losing money because they want to ship out bad products. I spent $4,000.00 and was treated like crap. If they do it to keep, they will do it to everyone else. Stay away from this place.

Went to Unilock on recommendation of my landscaper to select pavers for major backyard project. I was wowed. Lot’s of great choices. Denise was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions and I left with the right products and color scheme for my backyard.

Once inside drive slowly forward until you'll see an white board sign with an phone number on it...
Call the number and provide P/U number , truck plate number and your name...
You will get the nr of pallets and load weight...
Then wait in the line until a forklifter is coming to you ...Shipping open at 6 am
No overnight parking

Arrived at 0645 to pickup a flatbed load. Probably already had 15-20 trucks in line. It went quick though. Total time on location was like 1.5 hours. Not bad.

use toll exit on i88 (2-3) miles away, nice people

Very nice display of pavers , you can actually see what it looks like in real life more than 5 pieces together.But, they do not sell anything here. You have to buy from one of their distributors.
