Today, I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Linda at UPS store. I needed assistance with notary services for my documents and was unsure about the specific requirements. Her expertise and attention to detail were invaluable, ensuring that I only paid for necessary services. I greatly appreciate Linda's outstanding customer service and highly recommend her for any notary needs at UPS store.

I have frequent this UPS store often and have always had a positive experience. This week, in particular, I was here twice. Linda helped me both times and was exceptional! I even left behind personal items in the copy machine, and she safely stored them until I returned the next day. I will continue to come here for all my printing, faxing, and notary services!

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years, unfortunately I have never left a review because the are SOOOO good and helpful! I saw someone posted a racist complaint and had to answer.1st, this store has a very diverse customer base, so you must have had a bad day to try the race thing. That’s completely unacceptable. I think Finley is maybe the assistant mgr is amazingly helpful. Linda, the older woman who owns the store would NEVER tolerate or accept this behavior!! Sorry you had a bad day, but please do not use the race stuff with this store, they are great

I was just in this USP location Eola and New York street Saturday 7/12 round 1:30pm in case management want to check your video cameras, I was not hostile, I was not upset until I was treated with such racisms and I say that because they was greeting and talking, very polite and kind and assistant other customers of different races!!! The two workers names was Finley and Avery I know I might be miss spelling their names The guy was a white male with a blonde ponytail and a white female with Short orange hair was very rude unattended didn’t want anything to do with me I’m an middle age African-American woman fyi, he answer my questions with attitude and Wasn’t willing to show me which label was acceptable to return my items at the time the young lady with orange hair turns around talking to me very hostilely telling me I need to go to the post office with my label didn’t even speak when I came in. I had to approach the desk and got attitude from the both of them. I let them know that I felt they was being very Typical unprofessional and racist and I walked out.

I have used this store several times from Amazon Returns to Passport Pictures. The staff member are excellent and very helpful.

Linda is literally an angel. I am a little dislexic and I read it as opening at 7 closing at 8. Showed up at 7:30 confident as can be, on a time crunch but the door was locked!
She was doing her opening duties and offered to take my 3 returns before the day started for the both of us! She saved me so much time and frustration on myself! Thank you again Linda! All star!!

I have been coming to this UPS Store location for over 10 years to drop packages, make copies, print color brochures and get spiral bound pads. The staff does their best to accomodate everyone especially when it is busy. Linda is a top notch manager and will take the time to help you in any way she can. I am glad to have a convenient place to get things done when I need them! Thank you!
