Great service, never have to wait or if there is a way it is very short. Friendly service too and very helpful. Also it is very conveniently located for me.

Looks like any other UPS stores conveniently located close to major street. Staff very pleasant to deal with and I must have come during slow times (10am) I was the only person there. Now for some negative, during peak hours parking probably is nightmare as there are some busy businesses around so not ideal for quick in and out experience. Probably best to come here morning hours.

Had to stop in and was expecting a long wait. There were lots of people and at least two big mailings going on. The 2 gentleman that were working kept things moving along smoothly and my wait was very short! They showed patience and professionalism throughout my visit

They lie about prices, than gave my husband massive attitude when he went in for a refund. If you would tell the full truth about pricing then people wouldn’t get mad. First and last time we will EVER go there.

You know, I’m about tired of giving these guys chances. 2 stars because the employees are at least nice.
1 star because competency is not their highest regard. 3 times now I’ve had to contact UPS customs because they cannot read what I’ve wrote down for my packages and type it into their systems.
Wife and child are currently in Canada so i ship care packages to them. These guys fail me everytime. No longer going to this location.
If you want international packages done right spend the extra gas and go to Galena Blvd location near the Jewel and lil caesers.
Not once have i had this issue with them. & I’ve shipped with them over 10x.

Great customer service with friendly and quick service! He was able to take care of multiple customers at once so the line went quickly and made the shipping process easy.

$25 for a ground shipping weighing 1 lb 11.5 oz from Chicago to Tampa. Seems very extreme. When asked why, I was told "it's Florida" and the box was 16x13" as an excuse.
