This optical location love it. Customer service was outstanding! From my the time I walked into the store/visit, even when I called by phone. All the staffs was very knowledgeable, patient, their smiles, and helpful to my many many questions from my eyewear option, insurance coverage... The doctor included! Very professional! Thank you all for making my appointment with it! I learned a lot! Which made me feel good about my eyes exam appointment!

Horrible! I walked in at 4:19 for a 4:15 appointment because I could not get past their phone IVR to ask directions. They would not see me. There are other providers out there.

I had a very frustrating experience at Vision Works. When I first picked up my glasses, my vision was blurry despite my improved eyesight. I informed them, but they dismissed my concerns. My private eye doctor confirmed the optical center (OC) was off. When I called Vision Works with the correct information, the staff was rude and blamed me. It’s been over three weeks, and my new glasses still aren’t ready. They mentioned the glasses were lost in the mail and then broken, but I wasn’t informed. This lack of communication and repeated mistakes have caused significant strain on my eyes. Vision Works needs to hire competent and courteous staff. This is the last time I’ll be getting glasses from them.

Please include display boards in the store that explain various features of glasses and/or sunglasses. This will help customers to make a quick decision when purchasing glasses

It is very hard to find a parking place near the store and they only give you 5 minutes grace period for being late for eye exam appointment. I was late for about 10 minutes and they kept me waiting til 5pm. And the store clerk was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in helping me. I would not recommend you to have eye exam with them.

My first experience with vision works everything went well I felt comfortable and welcomed the entire time. The lady helping me was very patient and helpful. She took the time to answer any of my concerns that made me feel sure.

Made an appointment a week in advance for my wife and myself. Confirmed the appointments day of. Showed up and they gave the slots to other people without a call or anything. Absolutely ridiculous they would waste people's time like this.

The first time I came in on Wednesday morning and your associate was helpful and kind. She helped me with my insurance, the glasses, the style, everything. Very very happy 10/10. She helped me set up my appointment for Friday morning. My Friday morning appointment was even more helpful staff. The nice lady who did the eye air spray thing...which I hate... I mean I really hate stuff in my eyes...I cant do contacts she was so kind she laughed at my jokes while I was nervous for the eye thing, very nice. The eye doc was so nice, she was helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and helped to put my mind at ease. Theres professional which you hope all your employees are, but these three ladies who helped me made me feel good about my entire experience. It was a great experience 10/10 would recommend and already have.

FOLLOW UP: I filed a complaint with the email they provided, I received a call from the from "Taz" ? on 11 Sept telling me that the contact lens order was being shipped to my place and would arrive that day, its now the 16th of Sept and they have no idea where its at
First impression when I went in Vision Works was how run down the place looked, the eye doctor herself was friendly and knowledgeable, however afterwards I ordered contacts, which were supposed to arrive on 9/7 didnt, I called 2 days later and the person whom I spoke to had no clue to what happened, other than the order was "rejected" he told me the next day the manager would call, they didnt and $241 I have no idea where they are, what is happening, no communication, I am proceeding to file complaints with IL regulators

If I could give zero stars I would, I went in at 3:30pm to picked up glasses and the store was closed. Website states they close at 7pm. I tried calling numerous times and no answer. I will pick up my glasses and never return to this location.

If i had more than 5 stars i’ll give it to this team, the man in the front desk was very kind and gave us time to be comfortable and explained everything to us. The doctor was very professional and kind. I recommend this location!

Don't let the fake five star reviews fool you, this place is a MESS and it all stems from management. Manager is incompetent and will mess up your orders. Visit any other store but this one. I cannot stress enough how incompetent the manager is at handling any kind of situation! You are better off speaking to a wall and a rock, even those will be more empathetic than the bad management they have in place. Went in last week to pick up glasses and the manager spent 30 minutes fiddling around pretending to be busy with work when the whole time she was playing candy crush. WON'T RETURN!!!!!
