I went to get a prescription filled. As I was in line I witnessed the pharmacy employee rolling her eyes at an old man, because he was paying with dollars and change. He gave her too much change and she was so mean talking with him. The employees name tag was Desiree. She was young, maybe this is why she did not have good communication skills. I just can’t believe how she treated this elderly man mad 😠. When my turn came I got a few eye rolls and smart remarks because my address was different. But I grinned and bared it and tried my best to ignore. I was in pain and needed this prescription filled fast.. but how she treats customers is so in acceptable. 😡

Don’t honor prices on aisle tags and leave things out of your bags. Stealing from customers is unacceptable. Drive somewhere else.

I go here to get prescriptions filled. I think the pharmacy has good people but this place can be a zoo. There can be a line with up to 4 people and there always seems to be some patient who has some problem with their prescription which holds me up. Place is probably busy because they are at the intersection of two main traffic arteries and in a commercial district. So people go to the pharmacy since they are in the area shopping. Recommend ordering refills online or by phone and picking up at the drive thru. I never buy anything else because Walgreens prices are higher than Meijer or Aldi's.

I guess they changed the hrs from 24 hrs to 6am to 12 am (Google hrs and automated system) it's 6:10 am 2 employees inside and not open yet

Cat was absolutely amazing! She noticed an item I was purchasing was cheaper online. She helped me download the app and add all the items to my cart. She was so caring and patient with me. She went above and beyond!! She is so personable and kind! She is definitely an asset to your location! Great job Cat!! Thank you so much! Appreciate you!

Literally the WORST customer service I have ever encountered in my life! I am sick with 102 fever and patiently waited in line at the pharmacy's drive thru for 15 minutes because there were several cars in front of me. When they got to me they shut the blinds in my face and said they were closed for lunch. I called prior to be sure my prescriptions were ready, have a card on file, and was there before the 11am break. It would of took them less than 30 seconds to verify my information and run my card on file. I went inside and talked with the managers on staff and they told me to call the 800 number and they apologized they couldn't help me. They are supposed to take everyone in line prior to their break time and literally didn't care. They have cameras surrounding that place and 100% knew I was there and should of helped me. I would rather burn on a fire than ever give this horrific place my business again. 10/10 don't recommend.
