The store is generally clean and the staff mostly courteous and competent. the parking lot is sometimes a problem, but it's a small, narrow parking lot at a busy intersection so you can't expect much. I started bringing my prescriptions here when it was a true 24 hour pharmacy. The store may be open 24 hours but the pharmacy hours are now about the same as other stores in the area, so they have lost that advantage. I used to be very happy with their prescription services, but the last few years they seem to have major issues communicating with my doctor's office. I don't know if the fault lies with their computer system or the store staff, but it needs to be fixed. Today I went into the store to pick up two of the three scripts I have been trying to get refilled. The lines were long and there was one person scurrying between drop off, pickup, and drive thru. This was not because he was the only one in the department. His coworkers were also scurrying including one young woman who's job was apparently to walk around with a clipboard and ignore the growing lines. She was really, really good at that. The last time I witnessed that level of organization, there was a clown car involved. I also pulled up GoodRX on my phone because one medication had gone up steeply in price, only to find that Walgreens was the most expensive of the ten pharmacies listed.
