Tried to make a return, my return was denied by the manager (the manager was around 5’0-5’2 Hispanic girl with full face of makeup) bc apparently the shirt was “dirty” which it was not, I did not wear it. Immediately after leaving I went to the Windsor in Lombard & exchanged it with no problem. Had some difficulties bc since it’s my first time shopping here they asked for an email & fox valley typed it incorrectly also fox valley gave me the wrong receipt as well which made the returning process very difficult. Never going to the fox valley location ever again, not sympathetic at all. (Read another review similar to mine now I know I’m not crazy. Very unprofessional of the manager)

I bought a dress from here for my formal it didn’t fit the way i wanted it to and I found a better option. I went to return the dress i had bought and the girl at the desk was around 5’0-5’2 Hispanic girl with full face of makeup looked at the dress to find any error noticed there was nothing wrong with it and came up with the excuse “it had a weird smell”…I never wore the dress not even once expect the time I tired it on in store. The dress had been sitting in my car which is extremely clean because I’m not disgusting, next to some candles at that. Then the girl told me she could only exchange the dress for another item in the store? I first felt offended when she told me it smelt as if someone had worn it and gave it a body odor. Second it felt like she just didn’t want to give me the return. This really hurts me because I’ve stayed loyal to Windsor for so long getting all my dresses from here for important events. I’ve never once had a problem like this when returning an item and the things the girl at the desk had said felt personal and offensive.

I wish I could remember the sales reps name i was in 1-10-2025 at around 6pm. She was so kind and helpful!

This location is definitely a preferred location. Brought back my item that I bought that didn’t fit and the young lady was extremely helpful unlike the Joliet location.

The majority of the girls here aren't nice. I don't even get greeted by the cashier. They don't seem approachable to ask a question or for help. In need of training in customer service.
