The staff here was very nice. They offered deposit and payment plan. Staff was friendly good Customer Service the only problem we had was that they do not offer exclusivity and my daughter ended up having the same dress as someone in her prom party group from same school so for her senior prom we now plan on purchasing from a local shop that offers that option. While not always a for sure that someone else will not have your dress going with someone that offers exclusivity gives you better odds.

AMAZING!! I came in one week before Prom with absolutely no dress and very stressed. Workers Layla and Nayeli were the best of help for me and helped me find the dress that I LOVED. they made me so much less stressed and made the experience enjoyable. 💝💝

Went in with a friend for prom I had an amazing experience for my homecoming dresses a couple months before and overhyped the place for her to get the same experience as me but sadly it was completely the opposite yesterday. We set an appointment and they were very packed many of the helpers have 2-3 girls trying on dresses at the same time. My friend wanted to try on a dress that another just took off and didn't want when it suddenly the dress disappeared and they couldn't find it for her to try on. Very sad she didn't get the same experience I did. Hopefully we'll try again when their isn't as many people and she'll get the experience I wanted her to have.

My daughter had an amazing experience with Christina to get a dress for her sweet 16. She helped my daughter find the perfect dress for her big day!! She was professional, helpful and attentive. We are forever grateful!!

We drove 2 hours. While we did not know we needed an appointment, they were able to fit us in which is why I gave 2 stars. The girls were nice but the manager with short bob hair was very unwelcoming when we checked in and was unfriendly throughout our visit. She stormed through the store re- racking dresses and almost ran us over. Didn't speak to us as we were not the ones shopping for the dress, just Grandma and Aunt. However, it could have been a more pleasant experience if we could have all enjoyed it together.

My daughter found this location after tirelessly looking online. So we decided to physically go into a place to shop. I knew this place meant business when they ask you to make an appointment - which I knew would then lead to having someone dedicated to helping you find/try on dresses. The moment we arrived - everyone was so welcoming. The entire experience was amazing. Thanks for making the experience wonderful for my daughter!

We came to Wolsfelt’s for my daughter’s Quinceañera dress. Nelly was our stylist. She was professional, listened to my daughter’s needs, and made this experience magical for her. I would definitely recommend Wolsfelt’s and Nelly’s service to friends and family.

Had a wonderful experience at Wolsfelt prom, everybody was very professional and went out of their way to help us. Lexi went above and beyond, the day we came for our final fitting, when we made a last minute change to the dress. Completing the alterations while we waited, saving us another hour drive. Could not be more thrilled with how the dress turned out. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
