I have been a customer here for 10+ years. It is a great bank, except they are way understaffed. They cannot help you with most things if there is only one person there. This isn't very fair if you have people that drive all the way across town just to deposit some money, on their only day off, and you say you can't help them because you're short staffed, and then tell them to go to Walmart customer service. . . . . It's pretty upsetting. This isn't the first time this has happened. I'm sorry, but you guys need to fix this.

usually when i come here everyone is so nice and helpful. today one of the women there was rude and kept cleaning her nose with her sleeves. gross! she was also asked to help a new girl and she kept making faces as if she was too busy doing other things when she clearly wasn’t. and of course she is on her phone.

No issues, love talking to most of the tellers. In my experience, the tellers will do anything in their power to solve any issues if you happen to have one.

Been using woodforest since they first came to illinois. Haven't had many problems, but today was last straw. I get checks from my dad from out of state a couple times a year. Today I went to deposit a check and they put a 10 business day hold on. The personnel there couldn't even deposit it without a on phone supervisor call. Brian was his name and he is a total waste of space. Like we were bothering him to do his flicking job. Looking for a new bank...

If i could give them less than one star I would. This bank can't even cash a check. I deposited my check, as I do every other week, and I find out they deposited my check to the wrong account! I produced receipts and I have yet to have my funds deposited on my account. I've never dealt with anything like this in my life. When my check is recovered I'm closing my account immediately! I know shady business when I see it.

I us the Aurora location. The people there are amazingly friends and helpful when need to be. But the Bank itself is terrible. I mean I can never get a hold of someone over the phone. I live in Lisle and literally have to travel 30 or 40 mins to get to a bank in person. I cancelling as soon as possible. But the people themselves get 5 stars. The bank 2.

The most reliable , friendly, the best, and hospitable bank that I ever know!! Matt, Jake and all the staff at Woodforest National bank at this branch, always friendly and always greets you in very pleasant way along with their smile and always help me in anyway with my questions and needs. They provides you with SUPERIOR and MAGNIFICENT SERVICE that you will never find it in any other bank!! I Guarantee it!! I've been working in service/hospitality Industry for the past over 18 years and this bank it is top a notch bank!! BRAVO to Woodforest National Bank!!
