Zales customer service is really good and when they do a repair on something is always known in a timely fashion.

Recently engaged, and my fiancé bought the ring setting from Zales. We had to take it in to get resized as it was too big. When we went to get it resized, they said they could rush it and it would be a weeks time to get the ring back. Even though the setting was bought at Zales, they still charged us to get the ring resized as it was not under their warranty, it is going on three weeks now and two visits to the store and my ring is still not back yet. At this point, I’ve had my ring less time than the time that they have had it. We have also received no calls or emails about the ring, we have only found out that they are still working on it by going to the store. Very poor customer service.

Do not trust this place!! They send your ring away and swap out diamonds!! This is serious!!!

This was such a memorable experience with Liz and Justin. These two work very well together and create a personable environment. Originally my fiance and I were going to Kay's to purchase bands however we are glad they were under construction. Zales was located right next door and this was a Godsent. Liz took her time and seemed really invested in assisting us with our individual choices. Justin had great insights and made suggestions while Liz took kind care of us. Being so impressed with their guest service (cause I felt like a guest in their space, not just a customer) we each decided to buy additional pieces of jewelry, him an upgraded necklace and charm and an anklet for myself. Being aware of the additional savings and Liz being transparent about final costs out the door made the purchase seamless.
What I truly appreciate is the communication and care. Liz advised that we would receive custom engraving and made an appt for us to come back to service our jewelry per the warranty. Icing on the cake, they cleaned my ring and my fiance's earrings while we were there. Now this is five star service and it was worth the commute from Chicago!
We will be back to this location to seek out all our jewelry desires!

Wow! The customer service here is absolutely amazing. Javier was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I found the perfect jewelry that met my taste. Will definitely be coming here for all my jewelry needs!
