Excellent quality! We receive tons of compliments on burgers/tacos/etc made with their ground beef. The flavor is definitely better than what we purchased at the grocery store in the past! We did the ground beef subscription, and picked up at the Tower Grove Park Farmers market.

Dierks Farms Grass Fed Beef is a 5th generation family farm. All of our cattle are grass fed from birth through processing. We feed no grain, give no steroids or antibiotics. Our cattle are all raised on our own family land in Southern Illinois.
We have our grass fed beef available for sale from our farm, Tower Grove Farmers Market in St. Louis, Vinestreet Farmers Market in O'Fallon, IL, The Boulevard Farmers Market in Richmond Heights, MO and we do a weekly meet up in Carbondale, IL.
