I’ve been going to elements in Bannockburn for about four years now their service is amazing. The therapists are amazing. The booking of massages is super simple. The front desk staff are always so kind. Highly recommend!

The Bannockburn location is exceptionally clean and professional with a friendly and accommodating staff. If you are looking for a healing massage, Kathy is one of the best therapists I've met. Her use of Himalayan hot stones has really improved my overall well being.

There are excellent therapists at Bannockburn and it is a confortable and welcoming place. The manager, Joyce, is very attentive and kind and most importantly she takes a personalized approach to make recommendations for maximizing the massage experience.

Kathie is the best masseuse that I have ever had. Her expertise with hot stones is unsurpassed. The Elements studio in Bannockburn is wonderful.

Very courteous and very friendly. Always take time out and ask you did you enjoy your massage . Manager (Joyce) is like a personal friend always willing to take time to listen . Very clean and very professional therapists. ( my therapist), is the best . She had given my massages and done out of this world job. If you like pressure and even if you don’t. She is the one you want!

Had the weirdest experience during my interview facial for the esthetician position. First, Suzanne the owner tells me their protocol will include 2 gua-sha devices and sets me up with tools for a facial. When Joyce the manager steps in for me to give her a facial she says she will undress her top portion and starts removing her shirt - I get up and let her know I’d step out for this to which she replies “what, you don’t have boobs?” No lady, I do have boobs but I carry myself as a professional and offer my guests privacy - and I certainly don’t want to see your bare chest. When she lays down she states that she just wants a cleanse and facial massage, I clarified that with her multiple times, so no double cleanse? No mask? “Nope, just a cleanse and a massage” I’m not sure how you’re supposed to judge someone’s skill set that way but OK. Then, for the duration of the service she proceeds to tell me how she’s gotten a facial every month since she was 22 years old and has had facials from all over the world that are way better than traditional United States facials and we can never top the way they do it in other countries. Weird thing to say to an esthetician from the US performing a facial on you. She bashed the clientele of Elements Massage Bannockburn and said if it were her spa she’d kick their rude asses out but it’s not hers, it’s Suzanne’s. She then proceeds to tell me to NEVER use 2 gua sha stones, not sure why Suzanne set me up with two then? The entire interaction was a mess. At the end she tells me I should’ve been a massage therapist. I knew immediately I would not be taking the position if offered. This lady is on some sort of power trip, but just a tip to anyone looking to apply - Joyce runs that establishment, Suzanne follows her lead.

Was a member for many years and enjoyed several wonderful massage therapists at Elements Massage in Bannockburn. I had two unused massages that I had paid for and they would not honor them and said they had no record of them. I was in the establishment and told them I wanted to cancel my membership. They told me I had to do it online so I went home and opened the email they sent me with the cancellation form and it states cancellation must be done in person. I drove back to the establishment and handed the form to the manager and she again said it must be done online. I told her to read the form and then she made me a copy of it. Very poor management.

Excellent experience every-time! The staff is friendly and always helpful with concerns or questions. I purchased the membership for my girlfriend to get a massage every month. My girlfriend always enjoys her massage and looks forward every month for her deep tissue session. Joyce the manager always greets us with a smile and is kind and courteous to us. Highly recommend!!

I went to this establishment today.
Because I had a massage with my Massage therapist.. David at 12:30 and when I went to Check-in the lady behind the desk who's name is Joyce said I wasn't on the schedule. I proceeded to tell her that I've had this appointment booked since October 11th. Today is the 25th. Nobody contacted me to say the appointment was canceled or anything like that. The only contact I got was saying we can't wait to see you and respond. Y for yes, if you're coming to your appointment which I had done? So then I proceeded to ask about how can I get my money back? It was a gift card that I was planning to use and my Massage therapist David was going to be quitting. So I wanted to use that gift card before he left. And then she called somebody on the phone and then they decided that they would be able to Reinverse me my money back for the gift card that was purchased for me. So they supposedly did that. I'm waiting to see if the money is credited back and I just told them. This is not how you run a business. Can't not let people know something is changed and then there was another person booked In my spot. I just want to share my thoughts and feelings.I just don't think that is right,What they did to me. The other person that was booked in my spot even offered for me to go in her place because I was a regular customer of my massage therapist.David and the lady behind the desk.Joyce told him just to take her back so he did.
