Really bad service. We came in and filed on time… but the person doing our taxes Ryan Lee was so incompetent that he didn’t sent things in on time. Now we are being slapped with a $490 late fine by IRS. We even paid extra for IRS follow up queries which this person and H&R Block are supposed to help with but repeated emails and texts go unanswered. I guess since they are culpable for this fine now they are giving us the silent treatment. They charged us so much to file for our personal as well as LLC yet they are incompetent to do the one job they are supposed to do. Beware before you go to them and Ryan Lee in particular. Save yourself the hassle and fines and go elsewhere.

Called to see if I could do a drop off, the person on the phone told me to come in. I get there, wait for 20 minutes only for a woman to tell me they aren’t taking any drop offs. You guys should communicate with your staff better so you don’t waste people’s time! The lady didn’t even ask any questions to see how long it would take or offer any additional assistance - just said we’re not taking drop offs and goodbye.

Agent was very professional and clear in his explanations. Made good eye contact and walked me through the entire tax form. I liked watching completion of the form online. Am confident that H& R Block guarantees accuracy in their work, privacy protection, and support to clients should they be contacted by the IRS. Work was done efficiently with no time wasted.
