Phoenix nail salon is terrrific! The owner and her staff could not have been nicer. My 2 young granddaughters and I had mani/ pedis. We were the only customers at the time and we all had such fun.
I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the whole experience. I plan to go there often.

I don’t do manicures so have nothing to compare with but I thought the cost was good, staff nice, and was happy with the results. I don’t do my nails and when I try I do a terrible job painting so I gladly go to them again.

Monica is the absolute best! Everyone who works there is professional, welcoming, and knows how to get you to relax. I brought my boyfriend here for his first pedicure because my mom and I have been coming here for years. He was very satisfied with his experience and whenever we are planning to be in the area he always wants to make time to visit this first-class salon. I would argue that the price for the Northshore is competitive for the wonderful service you receive from here. I don't understand the negative reviews, because I've been here an upwards of 50 times and have never had a bad experience. I destroyed my big toe nails with bad shoes on a vacation to DC to the point where they were bruised, so I really needed to cover them up with some polish (LOL!) My toes took 7-8 months to heal, but I went to Phoenix every time because they were all so gentle with my nails. Cannot say any bad things about this salon! 10/10 would recommend :)

My husband had his first ever pedicure and really enjoyed it! My toes turned out beautifully. The staff was friendly. We would dey come back next time we are in town.

This is a wonderful salon. It's very clean. Everyone wears a mask. There's a large choice of nail colors. We splurged with feet and shoulder massages; these were great.

I don't understand the negative reviews either. I've had nothing but good experiences here: well-done pedicures, attentive and efficient service, and friendly professionalism. In fact, at the recommendation of a family member, I come here rather than use a salon closer to my home (and home is twenty-five minutes away). Seems that a sense of entitlement is the problem here--and that's not the fault of the establishment being reviewed.

The reviews on here are INFURIATING. Talk about entitlement and privilege-- as one lovely customer claimed: "the owner tried talking to me and moved my designer shoes too close to the basin." Excuse me, but you sound like a terrible person and no one I'd trust with a review. With that being said, this place is awesome. I've been coming for several years after experiencing nail salons all around the suburbs and city; this one is my favorite. It's clean, the people who work there are super friendly and they do an amazing job. My nails always turn out great and last a long time. I'll be a loyal customer for years.
