We were moving cross country so it was really important to us to find an agent who was honest and detail oriented since we were viewing houses via FaceTime from out of state. “We worked with Praveen for buying our 2nd home and also selling our first. One thing we can say with certainty is that HE MEANS BUSINESS! If you have noticed the housing market in the last few years, it has been CUT-THROAT and Praveen was just the person to make things happen! In order for this to be a genuine review, I will add a few things to consider. As this was our second home, we were familiar with the buying process. I cannot speak to how Praveen will be with a first-time home buyer who would need a little more direction and guidance. I assume he/his team would still be great, but I cannot attest this. There were also a seldom few times, when Praveen would not be available for a showing, but he would arrange for a team member to accompany you. Everyone is knowledgeable so not a major concern. Praveen is however readily available via phone/text even at odd hours! :)
