I’ve never posted a review for a gas station BUT I HAD TO for this one … This gas station is a rip-off! I’ve gone twice when my tank was empty, filled up $5-10, drove off and my gas gauge was still at empty the same as I arrived. BE AWARE & go somewhere else!

The guys at Shell Bannockburn are always happy to assist with any and all of my car issue. The biggest draw is their excellent mechanic, Hiberto. He does great analysis and hones right in on the root cause, and saves you from unnecessary work and expenses. It has kept me coming back time and time again, knowing the problem will be resolved swiftly and effectively. It's hard to find a mechanic you can build trust with, so go here and look no further! You'll be glad you did.

Shell Bannockburn has become my go-to for oil changes and minor repairs. I can usually get a same-day appointment, and I’m often in and out (for oil changes) in as little as 20 minutes. The pricing is great, the work is solid, and they treat me well. Ryan is a great manager and Roberto is an excellent mechanic. For everyday maintenance, it’s hard to imagine a better experience. Strongly recommend!

The only good employee at this place is T-borg. Unfortunately I took my car there while T-borg was on medical leave and not available. If T-borg is there to help you he is great. However the owner John Kyle is beyond rude and ignorant. He called me and my fiancée saying that he didn't know what was wrong with my car, maybe a blown head gasket and it needed major major work but he didn't know.
shouldn't a mechanic diagnose a car to tell you want is wrong with it. this tells me that not only did he not even look at the car, but made up excuses. I took my car to get a second opinion and has a simple coolant leak fixed.
I hope they give T-borg a raise and keep him there, he is the only one keeping that place running, the owner is rude and was even rude when I was trying to PAY him.

Avoid going here. Gas is at least 10 cents higher than any other gas station (including cook county gas stations). AVOID. THEY SURGE THEIR GAS PRICES.
