“Jerry and team are fantastic. My wife had to overnight my passport to me in SF so I could get on a flight the next day, and FedEx failed to deliver on time. I called Jerry, and he was on top of it from that moment on - called FedEx, located my package, got on the phone with my SF hotel, and even sent them a shipping label to get the passport back to Lake Forest for me. On top of that, he refunded the shipping cost.Highly recommend the service here!”
“I have been using Hemant and this UPS Store since it opened for everything from notary services to purchasing shipping supplies to sending packages. I am always happy to have an excuse to go in and see Hemant. I could buy packing supplies a little cheaper elsewhere, but this store is super convenient and Hemant is awesome!For the first time this week I used Hemant for something more important: to package an expensive item for shipping (via FedEx). Hemant was great in that his price was reasonable, he did it quickly and let me send him a FedEx label and schedule a FedEx pickup at his store. I felt like this was very customer-focused concierge service that was well worth the price.Unfortunately, the $2k alabaster sculpture arrived to the receiver damaged. It was insured for the full amount through FedEx and a claim has been filed with all relevant photos and info.I called Hemant to let him know what happened and that it appeared to me and the receiver that there was not sufficient packing material and the claim could be denied by FedEx as a result. Though Hemant said he thought he packaged it sufficiently, he took the tough news in stride and asked to send the photos of the damage and keep him updated on the insurance claim.I have such high regard for and faith in Hemant that I am leaving this review knowing that if FedEx does deny the claim, Hemant will do the right thing and pay for the item in full. He is that kind of person and businessman.The character of people and businesses only shows its true colors during trying times and when mistakes are made. I have the utmost confidence that Hemant will make it right, if necessary. I will update this review accordingly.”
“I sent a parcel for the first time via DOMA, and I am super satisfied, they received the parcel in Poland after 5 weeks, and the cool thing is thatI received notifications about the location of the package! The service is also very helpful and nice! I recommend DOMA to everyone!”
“We sent in a menu card for an upcoming wedding. The file format we used was not sized properly. When we went to pick up the order, it was exactly like the file but we wanted the card narrower than what was printed. David initially helped us with the details then Jacob took over as it required sizing changes, font spacing, color changes, cleaning up fuzzy lettering, etc. We should have started from scratch and given these guys free rein to start over. They worked the document over several times while we were in the store and they nailed it. Our daughter, the bride, was very pleased with the outcome. We came here to have signs and banners printed for our prior wedding shower. Now here for the menu cards. We WILL be back for the wedding programs. These guys are great and very patient with customers having very specific quality requirements. Thank you!”

“We moved to the suburbs not too long ago, still getting acquainted with the local businesses of all sorts. Definitely prefer to help the local small businesses than cooperate. Called with questions earlier in the day, she answered with a professional kind voice and said swing by so they could assest the damage & what was needed. My phone was battled with a hard concrete brick fall... lol. Damages indeed!! Although we bought another phone through our provider.. transferring everything with a broken black screen would have been a cost and a pain!! The gentleman in charge went over what was needed thoroughly & patiently with my original phone. With people waiting too, as it seemed they had great business for a Sunday. In a very clean organized establishment, we took the offer of the reasonable cost and even so.. the fact it would be ready in a few hours, prior to close. Once they text us, we arrived.. still with customers patiently waiting. Which in my eyes means .. they know what they're doing and the locals are grateful. I double checked to make sure all was good.. they made sure before we walked out the door, all our questions were asked & that we were beyond satisfied! My phone was back to life.. no scratches & working as I originally had it, .. With a new phone case & screensaver as compilatory to all customer business! We have 3 teenage boys.. lol, tech help is always needed. As long as we live in this area.. They've made customers and promoters for life. “If you’ve been to one, Staples, you’ve pretty much been to all of them! They all carried the same huge stock of office materials, which include basically everything you need to run office at work or at home.The difference at this store was the staff! Although it was 15 minutes before the closing of the store and I’m sure they were tired. They were still extremely helpful, courteous and Knowledgeable of their products!”

“The Highland Park UPS Store went to great lengths to help us out a few weeks ago! We had a problem with our order that was entirely OUR fault, and the manager worked with us over several days, several emails, and several phone calls to help us resolve the problem. “I went to store on Dundee Road yesterday to return Dyson vacuum with printed barcode. The kid, told me that that barcode was wrong. I called Dyson and asked the right barcode or return label. They emailed me. And I asked the kid if I can return the vacuum. He said, I have to print it. I was like can you just scan or print. He said NO. I left and went to Glenview Store. Asked the same thing. This time worker offered me to print barcode and label. And finally I was able to return the vacuum. I didn’t have to visit two store to do same thing. I didn’t even asked something that they can not do. Please do not spend people time and effort. Don’t t go to Dundee Store go to any Glenview Store. They are way more helpful and best customer service. Thanks to The Ups Store #2157 !!!”
“I need the cardboard file boxes which were on sale. I went into the store and the nightmare began. The have blocked off isles so you have to walk through little mazes. The clerk who helped me walked away from me half way through getting my order complete. I'm on a walker and it's a tough store to shop at. They have the entrance door locked so you have to walk again through a little maze to get out. I'm not sure I could shop here again. Now the good point of the store is they have a lot of variety, but sine they don't have an Electric cart I will never see everything they have to offer . And they have a lot of ads they don't explain which product is the correct one on sale. I saw two separate buyers have problems getting the sale product. Do you have to decide whether you would go in the store to shop or Just go online.”
“As a young adult, I remember my mom sending me packages filled with great items, and I knew I was receiving something terrific when I saw the label was from Lake Forest Pack and Ship. I am older now, and mom recently passed away, so I needed to send a few valuables to my home in Georgia. Michael at LF Pack and Ship took the best care of me and the items. Everything (oil paintings, crystal, picture frames) arrived safely, in perfect condition, and early (thank you, FedEx ground)!”

“Wow, everyone here was SO NICE. Seriously wasn't expecting to do a review on staples but I had to because I rarely experience above and beyond customer service like this. First I made a return and the guy was just so thorough and kind. After that I looked for a printer and the cashier came and helped me and answered all my questions. He gave me great advice and opinions. I was buying a floor model so he made sure I had all the right wires and what not. As I was checked out, another worker was helping me and went in back to get me an extra cord and manual. Everyone was just so nice and helpful. I really appreciate it!!”

“I’ve been into this store only a few times, but each time I’ve gotten in and out quickly and without a problem. The staff there is great! Quick and efficient. Most recently, Atari, the employee who assisted me, she was so wonderful and helpful. She assisted me with printing labels and finding old thrown out boxes that I could use to complete my returns. She definitely saved me a second trip to the store and a lot of hassle. She is definitely a lovely woman. Thank you so much to Atari! Great customer service and I hope she and everyone reads this. “I recently had a situation where a package was received damaged after shipping from this location ( UPS Fault...not staff here) . I didn't think there was anything that could be done but mentioned it to the team at this location anyway. They said they would look into it and I forgot to call them back to ask if anything was actually done. To my surprise I received a phone call that the problem was resolved and compensation given. This was so unexpected, they followed through and are always so nice and helpful! Great staff!”

They just are always so friendly and helpful, wonderful to talk to and willing to help you with whatever your needs are.
