Everyone was friendly, and the time to get the car completed was good. Easily visible from NW Highway (Rt-14), the entrance is on the westbound lane of Rt-14.”

I had previously taken my car to a reputable car repair location in Schaumburg to have a real fender repaired. They did a good job however I noticed the front hood and quarter fenders were damaged to the XPEL protectors...how could this happen??? The Director of the repair shop was confused, as well. Anyhow they approved repair to the hood and fenders, as they did not do this type of repair. I was to seek out my own shop. I called several locations that did this type of repair and was extremely disappointed in the 'high' prices and unprofessional responses I received on the phone. Then I called LUMINESCENT DETAILING Co. located in Lake Zurich...WOW what a difference a phone call made!!! Rachel answered and heard my concerns, she then had me speak to Frank-the owner.He was amazing in having all the details in repairing AND the price was the LOWEST I came across. Don't get me wrong , as you get what you pay for-however Frank was extremely kind, patient--I'm a woman- with zero knowledge of car repairs---and quoted a reasonable price which was the lowest I had come across!!!!!
I then spoke to Rachel and she set everything up, date, time, etc.She was adorable-yet extremely efficient!!
When I arrived later that week, Ozzie greeted me with a sincere kindness as I was concerned. He promised me they would take good care of my vehicle, Tho its an older Lexus RX350, however I take very good care of my car, past and present.
I picked up my car the next day and WOW, this shop did a perfect job , actually better than the original!! I was pleased to meet Frank in person, verses the phone, and he showed me how they wrapped the XPEL under the hood and corners...it looked PERFECT!!!!!
I cannot emphasize enough how pleased I am...so if you are considering any type of work on your car....please look no further.... Take a drive to meet Frank or Ozzie, for an estimate. And wait until you see the awesome, foreign, variety of cars that they are working on!!!!!

“I got my SUV detailed here and they did an excellent job. My car was VERY dirty from all the dogs I bring in it. I own my own dog business and often do pet taxi or bring my dogs in it after getting all muddy at the dog park. So there was a good amount of dog hair and dirt. It smelled and looked so good after.
I also go here every month or so to get their full service cleaning which is really affordable for keeping up with any dog hair or dirt :)”

“This review is for the GM Christian. He did an amazing job resolving my issues. I thought the car wash damaged my car and when I was at the car wash the car wash attendant (black guy with the fake chain around his neck ?) was so rude to me and made me feel like I was trying to get over on the car wash and refused to let me make an incident report. I posted a negative review and canceled my membership. The GM called me and allowed me to do an incident report and investigated and reviewed the cameras and even offered for me to come in to look at the footage. I can tell he was very honest and told me the dates and when the damage happened to my vehicle. Christian said I came in with damage and there was snow on my car. I then realized my son scratch my car with the snow brush. I of course apologized to Christian and felt so foolish. I plan on signing back up as I’ve never encountered a problem with this car wash before. The young man who assisted me before needs to never be allowed to talk to customers ever again. He need to go to some customer service seminars 101 because that was basic customer service he could have given and he failed terribly. You literally had a customer cancel their membership because of your poor lazy customer service. All you had to do was literally let me fill out an incident report. Now I have to go through the hassle of signing back up because you want to be lazy.”
