The repairs were originally projected by the insurance company at only $1500 and after Louie’s assistance, the insurance company was forced to pay almost $12,000 in repairs on my wife’s brand new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that was rear ended by a driver that fell asleep at the wheel. They were so kind and comforting throughout the whole ordeal and even gave us a free rental car to drive while the repairs and the mediation were going on. I was recommended by a family friend to bring my vehicle to this shop, they helped me every step of the way, I met with Rick, and he explained to me how things where going to get handled, he was there every step of the way from the moment I called them till the moment I pick up my vehicle once it was finished, Rick would call me weekly for updates and information about what was getting done to my vehicle, Rick always made sure I had an update and was always in the loop, once I went to pick up my car I couldn’t believe it, they did a better job then factory! From the paint getting and all the body panels lined up perfect, they treated my vehicle as if it was one of theirs, this is the best body shop in the area!! Family own too!! I agreed to have the work done and was in contact with Nelson over at AutoFx. He assured me they could fix the issues that I had concerns with. Nelson and his techs did a fantastic job, at a reasonable price, with the paint job, realigning the driver side door and refurbishing the rims! Everything looked Great! “I got my SUV detailed here and they did an excellent job. My car was VERY dirty from all the dogs I bring in it. I own my own dog business and often do pet taxi or bring my dogs in it after getting all muddy at the dog park. So there was a good amount of dog hair and dirt. It smelled and looked so good after.
I also go here every month or so to get their full service cleaning which is really affordable for keeping up with any dog hair or dirt :)”

“This review is for the GM Christian. He did an amazing job resolving my issues. I thought the car wash damaged my car and when I was at the car wash the car wash attendant (black guy with the fake chain around his neck ?) was so rude to me and made me feel like I was trying to get over on the car wash and refused to let me make an incident report. I posted a negative review and canceled my membership. The GM called me and allowed me to do an incident report and investigated and reviewed the cameras and even offered for me to come in to look at the footage. I can tell he was very honest and told me the dates and when the damage happened to my vehicle. Christian said I came in with damage and there was snow on my car. I then realized my son scratch my car with the snow brush. I of course apologized to Christian and felt so foolish. I plan on signing back up as I’ve never encountered a problem with this car wash before. The young man who assisted me before needs to never be allowed to talk to customers ever again. He need to go to some customer service seminars 101 because that was basic customer service he could have given and he failed terribly. You literally had a customer cancel their membership because of your poor lazy customer service. All you had to do was literally let me fill out an incident report. Now I have to go through the hassle of signing back up because you want to be lazy.”

“We have been going to Northwest Auto Wash for years. We started when we lived in downtown Arlington Heights and have since moved further away. We still drive over to get our cars cleaned here. They are worth the drive!
Once or twice we made an observation about something we noticed and they immediately took care of it. With all of the vehicles they clean in a day, I’m not surprised a small item or two slips through. The proof of good service is the way they immediately take care of it!
The detailing is also amazing! We tried another place closer to where we live now and that was a huge let down.
As long as we can get to this place, we will use them!”
