If I could leave 0 I would. Last week when we were having huge downpours of rain I walked into the store and slipped on their floor. I’m guessing their rug was soaked with water and may have created the concrete floor to be wet as well.
The way the management team handled my fall was extremely unprofessional. I asked if I could file an incident report and the manager said he knew of no such form. I was made to feel like a bother to these people. I’m an older woman and I fell really hard twisting my ankle etc. No effort was made to help me up or anything. After a long wait the manager finally found a form but he wasn’t even sure if it was correct or anything. He said no one has ever fallen before in their stores. Like really??? Then he proceeded to tell me that he has taken many a fall in stores himself. I guess this was supposed to make me feel better??
It took maybe a week for the COO to reach out to me but it was via email. My friend had fallen in the Jewel and she was handled with courtesy, concern, and they were very proactive regarding her reporting the fall, and her following up on her doctor report etc. you think they would comp my bottle of wine I bought to bring home to my daughter! I’ll stick with Binnys thank you very much!!

I went in here today looking for Buffalo Trace. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was so impressed with the customer service that I will go out of my way to patronize this business in the future! Highly recommend!

Huuuge beer selection. Wine cigars liquor they got pretty much everything. They have a Garfield's card you can get as well. I always ask for good wine recommendations and they are always super helpful. I generally will set a budget and choose a wine and ask to try something new. They have something at every price point. Located right off route 14 in Barrington.

Store refused to fulfill my online order due to "fraud" don't purchase an online order from them unless you want to deal with support for 30 minutes to get your money back. (Order was $760)
