The customer service workforce cares and is outstanding to work with, providing terrific advice and knowledge. They understand exactly what customers need and kindly offer helpful solutions. The staff is wonderful at getting a feel for a customer's taste, saving them time, and helping them avoid mistakes. They know which manufacturers are best suited for taste and budget. The store has a great selection, and their service is so exceptional that customers report they will never shop at another electric lighting store again.
