What a wonderful experience at Marble & Granite Tech, Inc.!
We were warmly greeted by two staff members. When we explained we were looking for tile (which they don't sell, as their focus is on granite, marble, quartz, and slab materials), they didn't hesitate to help.
They brought in Tom, who clearly has a deep knowledge base of stone and tile products.
He generously spent 10 minutes of his time identifying our sample and directing us to four specific places where we might find it. It's rare to find a company so willing to assist when there's no immediate sale involved.
We were blown away by their generosity and customer-first approach and will certainly be reaching out to them for our next countertop project.

I am so happy I found Rick from Marble & Granite Care Professionals!!! I actually just googled him.
I have a lot of marble floors and granite countertops in my house.
Everything looks like new. Highly recommend him.

We took the time to carefully select the right materials for our kitchen countertop and felt confident choosing Marble and Tech Granite for the job. But the customer service experience has been deeply disappointing and left us feeling undervalued as customers.
When I inquired about the project timeline, I was informed that a 50% deposit was required upfront but no detailed was provided until I asked. The representative I spoke with was dismissive, implying that payment had to be made before sharing with me more details about the timeline. Her tone felt unprofessional, and, she ended the call quite abruptly at the end and didn’t say anything about the follow-up. She may have been in a rush.

We just had our countertops installed today. The quartz is beautiful, we are so happy with are purchase. Javier and Mario installed the countertops, they both were so nice, professional, and detailed. This is the 2nd time we have used Marble & Granite Tech Inc we would never go anywhere else. Thank you.

We worked with Marble And Granite Tech on a full kitchen renovation, including a custom sink, as well as components for a bathroom remodel. From start to finish, they were fast, professional, and easy to work with. Their team made the entire process seamless, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations!

Just purchased and had an installation of quartzite countertops from Marble and Granite Tech, Barrington IL. My installation technicians, Javier and Mario were just fantastic! Clean, neat and fastidious! Couldn’t ask for a better team. The product, polishing and finish is gorgeous to say the least. We are extremely happy with our decision to work with MGT.

The kindest, most accommodating group of people!
My family had our fireplace redone with granite from Marble & Granite Tech, and results are superb. Beyond that, they were so kind to work with both for the fireplace and when I came in afterwards for help with something else.
Can’t recommend them enough if you’re in need of marble, granite, or quartz!
