My technician is fabulous efficient, friendly She has conducted many tests on me in the past and always goes above and beyond Prior to this test she had a battery of tests to perform (some were not very clear) and spent the time to call the doctor to clarify what was being requested. Amazing as on todays world this is a rarity

Prompt, friendly, professional service. My veins usually are difficult to access when I donate blood. I was impressed that phlebotomist was able to access my vein with 1 attempt.

The tec Myrka is absolutely terrible at blood draw! This is the 2 nd time where she repeatedly pokes and moves the needle around and can’t get a vein, finally I told her to use the top of my hand then she barely found it then! Would not recommend!!

There is an ANGEL working there! today. This office is FANTASTIC! My son was needing blood work. We went to Crystal Lake but was turned away. The lady Tracy was an absolute ANGEL. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to orders, make time to FIND my son's medicaid number etc. Please acknowledge her AND SHE CAN DRAW SOME BLOOD. One stick!!!

Dirty. Their bathroom had dried urine on the toilet and counter. Not a busy location (3 appointments set in 60 minutes) but no appointments available.

Wow nice that no one answers the phones Can't find answers to my questions on the website and there's no way to speak to anyone, and I can see why. The staff is so mean. They cut me off when I was in there trying to find out about the paperwork from my dr. They are incompetent inconsiderate and rude

Staff is rude. We understand appointments are preferred, however it should be known that at THIS location, walk ins are 1000% unacceptable (and the girl there will take pleasure in teaching you that lesson as she kicks you out of the waiting room as she has to us twice before) sorry to the staff for the incredible inconvenience we caused today and how personal you took it.
