Ash and Willow has been my go-to salon for the last couple years. The salon itself is super cute and everyone is very kind. My stylist, Sam M, always has my hair looking amazing and I love that they carry Kevin Murphy products! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place that really knows their hair and cares about client satisfaction.

I’ve been getting my hair cut and colored by Sam Mazur for years, and I can honestly say I’ll never go anywhere else! She always does an incredible job and knows exactly how to bring my vision to life while keeping my hair healthy. The salon itself is adorable. It’s super clean, well maintained, and such a welcoming environment. Everyone there is always SO nice, which makes the whole experience even better. I always leave feeling refreshed, confident, and taken care of. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Barrington resident for 20 years and first time using this salon. Booked an appointment for my daughter for partial highlights ( she has black hair) she wanted chocolate brown highlights but they didn’t turn out as expected ( they were light!) However their exceptional customer service and commitment to making things right is why I highly recommend this salon! The stylist Patience tried to make sure that my daughter Mia got the right tone of color she was looking for even though it took a while. Jess the senior stylist manager assured us that we could come back to finish up the blow dry process as we had to leave for an appointment. The owner Holly was incredibly kind and understanding of the whole situation and took care of us in an extremely professional manner! Overall very hardworking and dedicated professionals committed to making their customers happy and I appreciate their efforts to ensure our satisfaction! I am going to be booking my hair color appointment there next! 100% recommend this salon!

Went to their Barrington Salon this afternoon and had the privilege of having Patience as my stylist.. all I can say is amazing work !!! brought in a picture or 2 at my color consult a few weeks b4 of a color choice I was considering … I got my service spot on .. a high light , low light to blend flawlessly with my own natural color and lovely new cut to show it all off and put it together nicely.. Absolutely a lovely salon and a lovely experience today .. thank you so much. I do not write reviews typically but felt this one was a must ..looking forward to my next visit

I’m very glad that I chose this place for my hair color and haircut! This place made me feel relaxed. There was very cozy atmosphere. Sam did amazing work with my hair. It was my first time visiting this place and I understood I could trust Sam from the beginning. My hair looks shiny and healthy. I’m sure I’ll be back.

I just had my hair cut and styled by Jessica Shoemaker and it was a fantastic experience. The salon, is lovely and comfortable. I was offered coffee, tea, and even a mimosa! I can't recommend the salon enough, everyone was kind and helpful.

I had my first experience at Ash & Willow Beauty Lounge and am very pleased & happy with it. I love the space that feels very comfortable and relaxing with all the recycled wood and still very clean.
I had the privilege of Patience cutting my hair and let me tell you, this girl knows her craft. It’s been my best hairstylist experience in the last 20+ years - Patience listened attentively to what i was looking for, she made suggestions and made sure i was comfortable with it and then she accomplished exactly what she proposed as well as what i was looking for. Im super happy with my new haircut and will definitely be back.
