The employees were extremely rude and ignorant. I got a veggie sandwich and asked the employee to use a new knife as they were cutting meat sandwiches with the existing knife. The employee got visibly annoyed with my request and used a new knife. After we paid for the order, she decided to inform me that the baja chipotle sauce at subway has anchovies, which is inaccurate according to subway’s website. The man who rang up our order was also extremely rude. Overall, they are not knowledgeable about their own food, rude, and honestly don’t respect basic dietary restrictions. They clearly need more training!

The customer survive there is zero. The employees talk very rudely and give looks to you when you’re talking.

The service here is good, but the cookies and sandwiches are even better. Lots of space to sit and hang out too.

Simply frustrated that I just threw $13 in the trash. I used the app to order a sandwich ahead of time. I asked for Avocado SLICES to be added. I get back to work to eat my food and notice I got the AVOCADO PASTE which some people may enjoy but it makes me gag. Please do a better job of getting orders correct.

Always a fan favorite.. simple, easy & affordable. The staff was very patient with us. Super kid friendly with all of the topping choices.

Very poor customer service, didn't seem to care about the customer and only about closing. Even some of the food was on the floor! I asked the cook to put some sauce politely, she ignored me and then later argued that I didn't say I wanted sauce. I am not coming back, and I want a refund.

This is the worst place. The staff does not know wats to communicate properly. Service needs a lot of improvement. Will not recommend this place at all. Stay away if possible

I visited in person to have the sub sandwiches made. I asked them for extra banana peppers and onions a total of 3 times... The older lady hands were very skimpy on ingredients otherwise.To top it off they they didn't accept my buy one get one free coupon. Their excuse was "We'd lose a lot of money". A regular coupon, the sandwiches were not even foot long pros. Clear sign that this restaurant prefers it's bottom line over customer happiness. Will not be back

Very hard workers and they are are very fast. There was a boy who was especially fast and I left him a tip. They had a huge order but still made every sub fast, overall all the employees and the store in general is amazing.

I had 2 online orders since the max is 6, with a total of 7 subs (mostly foot longs) & a salad. They were late on delivery, even though it was for a 3:15 pickup & I placed the order an hour ahead. They messed up the veggie sub order & only gave us bread & mayo. The other subs were smushed and a mess with very little cheese on any we ordered. It's like because it was an online order, they were taking advantage of the anonymity since I wasn't there to watch them (I'm immunocompromised) to make sure they do a good job because the mess I got was horrible and a sorry excuse for subs. I asked for a refund for the veggie sub, but they said it was my mistake, which it wasn't because online, it defaults to all veggies for the veggie sub. They refused me a refund and very rude. Called later for a manager & Maggie hung up on me. Horrible experience! Stay away as they don't deserve your business.
