These guys were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in printing a mosaic photo poster and mounting it on foam board. It was fast, easy, and very economical. I didn’t even know UPS had printing services, and it’s clear this store is THE place to get it done!

Was in town this weekend and spoke with a guy named Kevin who works here. He was very patient and I felt like he understood me. I didn't feel rushed by him. In a world focused on business, it was nice to be treated as an individual. Appreciate your kindness Kevin...thank you!

I had a package recently not arrive when guaranteed by store employee. So kinda disappointing. But they've returned every one of my Amazon purchases without incident so that's good.

I shipped a rather large package on 2.10.2024. It is hard to mistake or even lose for that matter as it is a large wooden box containing a model ship I built. A completely irreplaceable item. Well needless to say when I go looking into where it may be there have been no updates in over two weeks (since 2.12.2024). The Barrington office can't tell me where it is and nor can the local distribution warehouse where it was supposedly sent according to tracking and the Barrington office. When I called the Barrington office they said they would look into it and try to find it and call me back. Well it has been a full day now and not a single call or update to where this priceless item may be. They also tell me to call their customer service numbers in which I can get the information I need. Well sure as heck that was a waste of time since it appears UPS only uses automated service and only tells you there is an issue and to call the local office or file a claim. No way you can even speak to a real person and you get absolutely help. I filed a claim but am not having high hopes with this crappy service from this Barrington store or UPS as a whole. Simply terrible service and help all around. By the way. The wooden box has pine side panels and a plywood top and bottom. Its size is approximately 5 feet long, 15 inches wide, and 10 inches high. HOW DO YOU LOSE THAT? Unless someone stole it...

I have never had such a terrible experience shipping packages back. I shipped 2 completely different jackets to 2 different locations and this UPS location switched the shipping labels which resulted in these packages getting sent to the wrong locations! I ended up losing $500 due to their mistake because now these packages are lost and the warehouses refuse to return my jackets or refund me. To make things worse, this location and UPS refuses to compensate me for their mistakes that their employees made. Never dealt with such an upsetting or stressful situation like this before and I refuse to return to this location because they clearly do not care about yourself or where your packages end up.

Extremely rude employees here. I've only been here a couple times and it has been consistently bad service. I had to drop off 2 packages, and happened to be in the area so it was more convenient at the time, but never again. I said hello and no one replied. The one person who was at the front said, "I can't help you right now" then called someone in the back. When another person arrived, I also said hello to him, and again no response. He just scanned my package and handed me the receipt. Although this location is closer to me, I prefer to travel the to Lake Zurich or Kildeer UPS locations for a much better experience.

The worst experience ever! I went to print 10 11x17 prints for work, the young man asked me what size and I told him very clearly 11x17. He proceeded to print out 24x36 and I told him that I didn't ask for that. He then tried to print the 11x17 and it took forever. He said the printer was having issues communicating with the printer. I waited patiently and stepped away to make a phone call. I looked up after my call to see him walking out and saying "later" to the other two guys in the store. Without even saying "so and so will be helping you because I have to leave".The next person was even less helpful. I was there for almost 20 minutes and left empty handed.The store smelled like a locker room, neither of the 3 employees there new what they were doing and they had no customer service skills whatsoever! They weren't rude but they may have well been. After the first employee left the second one probably only spoke 3 words to me. Literally, 3 words. I have used them to ship before but will now travel to Algonquin to do my business.Not that I did a huge amount of business there but I will never step foot in that place again.

I just stopped by to ship 8 items. The person behind the counter only listed 6 items. When I looked at the receipt, I saw only 6 items. I discussed with him there are 2 missing items, and he kept assuring me that "all are in" several times. I insisted to get a receipt for all items, and simply he did not have them. His statement led me to believe that he was gifting himself the other two items, if I did not question him. The same person, wanted to charge me $3 dollars to print UPS label. When I questioned him he charged one dollar. I do not think UPS would accept this person's conduct. May be more complaints will get someone to investigate this location.

I can go many places to get rude service, why would I stop here? Had an appt for a notary this morning. Walked in right on time: “it’ll be 20-30 min.” Didn’t ask whether I had an appt., no sorry you’ll have to wait behind these people. Notary was just standing there, mine took 3 min. after I walked out and went to a currency exchange down the road.If you want friendly, respectful service, go somewhere else.

$5 to print a label(please reconsider your costs). Tom is the worst and the most unprofessional UPS worker I ever met so far. Take your business somewhere else where you can be respected for your own money

I have never been to a place that had such rude and unhelpful employees. The last two times I was just hoping that they had a bad day. But today, as I was struggling with a very heavy, large box, the 3 employees just stood there watching me try to lug it in. Maybe they're not allowed to help patrons, but at least when I did got it on the counter in front of them, no one said hello, or made any comment....not one word from anyone. And this happened the last two times, too. I said hi and how are you....and nothing. What is going on there?? Either they all hate their jobs or they are just jerks. Either way, I wish it weren't so convenient because I would love to go elsewhere if I could.
