Worst experience ever, i found online that package sent from oversea (cost me 150 dollar to send) delivering on 22nd of jan 2024, they left the notice because i wasnt there, i was at home , but i thought i just missed it. Went online to reschedule, and i did on 25th - was home all day of rescheduled date and day after, online update never changed and no delivery. On saturday i received a call saying they will deliver today, waited front of my room (live in aprtment), i received a text saying i missed it again. No knock on door, no call or text to meet downstair, just left the final notice on mailbox. Called agent, person told me since i received final notice package is going back to sender, and because it saturday theres nothing i can do... delivery person never actually try to deliver this, and agent did not help ,e at all at csc. Im out of 150 vucks and more to resend this package.

I've never felt compelled to write a review for a post office until now. Two years in a row I go to renew my PO box BEFORE the posted due date. Two years in a row they tell me that rate is no longer valid and I missed it by a week. Such a joke.

Delivery was “attempted”. My kids bike was in driveway but because mailman didn’t want to exit his vehicle, package was returned. They’ve put my packages on top of our garbage cans and on the ground in front of the garage. I’ve scheduled for pre-paid pick up, Leave package at front door, get text/email saying package was picked up only to see it STILL IN FRONT OF MY DOOR. The incompetence is astounding. Just waiting for them to go bankrupt.

This post office is run by an incompetent man called Vincent who let’s his delivery drivers do what they feel like (including misdeliver). When a customer complains he chooses to blame customers for complaining about ‘minor things’ instead of fix the problem.

This postal office is AWFUL. I had to send my wedding band back to the retailer I bought it from to have it resized for my wedding. I paid for 2 day priority shipping and it's now been 8 days and the retailer still hasn't received it. It's first of all imposible to get ahold of an actual human being from this office, I've been working through a different office to figure out where my ring is. The post master that I've been working with finally figured out that the employee that I worked with at this office put the label over the priority shipping info and some other important info and my package is now stuck at the Des Moines shipping center and is in a continual loop because the machines can't find the label that this employee covered up. So now my package won't get back on track until a human figures out that it's stuck in their machine. All in all, if you are sending anything of importance, don't use this office because they will neglect it and it won't get where it's supposed to go.

I was expecting two packages today for my business. I waited at my office with the door unlocked and was listening for the carrier from 10-7. At 7 I finally got on Amazon only to get a message saying that I wasn't there to accept them. This carrier made no effort to deliver my packages because I was here with the door unlocked and was listening for them. Very disappointed, UPS stomps you guys.
