“Ordered 2 shakes. Both were good for what they were. They use water and flavored herblife protein powders and blend until thick and frothy. Would definitely get a smoothie next time as they use real fruit in those. They also have protein crepes and waffles with really fruit. They have protein bars for sale as well.”
