I need to emphasize the detailed service I received from service advisor Mark McCarthy the day when I was driving and experienced disturbing engine malfunction. Called Mark up and explained what was going on with my Escape. I knew they were busy as always but he managed to work things around and pinpointed our engine situation. Thanks again Mark and your team for getting me back on the road.

Our recent purchase of a vehicle from Wickstrom couldn’t have been smoother. Manny Avila, our salesperson, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and a good listener. He went above and beyond to understand our needs and even stayed an hour after his end of work day to answer our questions. We appreciated that he wasn’t pushy or tried to influence our decision.

This review is years in the making. I bought a used car from this dealership 5 years ago. They were honest and straight forward with the pricing. I purchased a warranty and they followed through on every repair throughout the warranty period. Their service department is friendly and goes above and beyond to make it convenient. I just bought a used car from Al Piemonte Chevy in Dundee and realized how crooked dealerships can be. I wish I had gone back to Wickstrom! Lesson learned!

Don and Andy at the Jeep location were great to work with during my purchase of a used car. They were friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The straight forward and transparent pricing was also a much appreciated change of pace from the other dealerships I visited. Denise was good to work with during the documentation process as well. My search for a new car would have been a lot shorter and less painful had I visited Wickstrom sooner. They'll be my first stop next time.

I have had a terrific experience with both sales and service. I have purchased both new and used and will have to say it was painless. I always dread purchasing a car and they made it an enjoyable experience. Regarding service, the waiting room is the nicest I have seen and never feel taken advantage of by the service manager. I have probably referred a half a dozen people to Wickstrom and have never heard a bad thing. I have purchased ***** but friends purchased Jeep and Lincolnall positive.

Extremely professional team across the board. I have two vehicles serviced there as well as any warranty / recall issues. Just recently I had my daughters car detailed and the result was more than perfect. Even the people at the car wash put extra effort into a simple task!
