I was there for an oil change. They did the work quickly, even though they were busy, and I felt they were honest as always. The service technician was friendly and welcoming. My only recommendation would be to make sure to greet customers after the pull in. I wasn't sure if I pulled into a good spot or who to talk to when I got out of my car. Again, they were busy so I get it, but still a quick comment from someone would have been nice.

I have leased another Lincoln from Wickstrom Ford Lincoln. This is my fifth lease in a row from the same establishment (2 Ford Edges, 1 Lincoln MKC, and my second Lincoln Corsair). I have yet to have any issues with any of the vehicles or WFL's great staff whatsoever over the last 12 years. My salesman for the last two leases was Manny Avila and he has always been trustworthy, no pressure, very professional, courteous and he definitely knows the product. I didn't even hesitate to make a deal with him or any of the folks at WFL, and they have never let me down as far as the product or any services are concerned when needed. They have always been there for me, and I can definitely state that I am one satisfied long-term customer.

Let me start by saying, I never leave reviews, good or bad for anybody. I believe this is my first. I felt it necessary to recognize the great customer service provided by Alex Lopez, Joe the manager and the team at Wickstrom Auto Group. I had contacted many dealerships looking for my perfect car. Many of the sales people I spoke with left a very bad impression. They would give vague answers to specific questions (dealer fees, etc) and keep pushing for the sale. Then afterwards, relentlessly calling/texting. The experience at Wickstrom was completely the opposite. First of all, I drove 2 hours from WI to IL. Not knowing this dealership previously, it was a risk. They were very upfront. They were happy to answer all questions honestly and I did not get the pushy salesman vibe at all. When it came time to do the paperwork, there were no surprises. No special fees and it didn't take hours with offers to add 10 different warranties, paint protection and other addons. After the purchase was complete, we drove back to Wisconsin very excited to have our new vehicle. Unfortunately, after a weekend of driving it, I realized that the drivers seat was uncomfortable. I wish I would've noticed this during the test drive but some things you just cannot tell after a 15 minute ride. I spend a fair amount of time driving and this was a big issue for me. To be fair, my wife drove it and had no problems with the seat but I will be the primary driver for this vehicle. I was really stressed about this because this was the most expensive car that we have ever bought, at the very top end of our budget and I thought I had made a huge mistake. There was nothing defective about the vehicle, just an incompatibility between me and that seat. I fully expected to call Alex, tell him my issue and have him tell me that all sales are final, because when has a dealer ever accepted a return on a used vehicle that is not defective in any way? Alex discussed the matter with Joe and I was extremely surprised to hear that they would take the return and give me all of my money back, even though I put the miles on it driving back to Wisconsin and over the weekend. He said that they just wanted to make sure we walked away happy. They were very gracious. THAT is great customer service. If they had the right vehicle in the future, I would not hesitate going back again. I highly recommend Wickstrom and especially Alex Lopez.

I have purchased at many dealerships over my years,,, i purchased a Dodge and was treated first class from start to finish at Wickstrom,,,That evening i realized that the best part of buying from Wickstrom was that when it was all said and done i was totally satisfied with the entire buying experience...Vehicle,value,price,and treatment...all combined into that satisfied feeling.Thankyou to the Wickstrom family/ crew !!!

My Ford Escape needed a new battery even though it tested okay. Mauricio Ramirez in service was great in helping to get it taken care of. Customer service is top notch. The best thing I appreciated was not feeling like just another customer but on the three occasions we have been at this dealership I was made to feel that we were an important customer even though it was a recall issue and a battery replacement. When new vehicle needed we will be coming to WICKSTROM!!Thanks Again~
