Highly recommend this company. I inherited a piano that needed tuning. When I called to schedule, they were booked up due to the holiday but squeezed me in. Alan arrived and provided a great customer experience as well as being a very personable and extremely knowledgeable.

Easy and responsive scheduling by email. Alan arrived on time and got right to work. He offered a lot of information and some helpful opinions. He was careful and did not take long. I was happy to accept the offer for a yearly reminder and I look forward to his return. The piano sounds great.
