Nobody responds to these but I'll leave one anyway.
Pros: easy access with plenty of parking right outside. Nice facility.
Pleasant employees 99% of the time.
Cons: the waiting area is packed - it's inside the lab & draw area. There is zero privacy, you can hear and often see everyone's business.
There are tons of seats in the lobby; it would be nice if you could wait out there instead.
Wait time tends to be long no matter what time of day.
All of the phlebotomists were visibly/audibly sick (sniffling, sneezing, coughing). Would be nice if they'd wear masks when they are sick. I picked up a cold from one of them.
I only go here because it's convenient. It's physically difficult for me to go to the hospital and walk & stand in line at registration.

Been here for 1 hour for simple BMP. Girls don’t know “system”. Not a lot of patients, just two girls who don’t know what they’re doing. I worked in lab before it became Alverno, never had this happen. UNACCEPTABLE

Very clean location and professional staff. Significantly shorter wait than most labwork locations I have visited.

So slow that I left after fasting for 12 hours. Waiting room was packed at 8:30 AM, they opened at 8:00 AM and no one had their tests taken at all for that half hour, they just sat there waiting. I was 7th in line, I waited half hour and still, not one person had completed their test. I could not wait two hours for a blood test, had to get back to work, so I left. If this is how this facility runs their operations, it's time for a new doctor.
