Looks like the workers don’t want to work. Simply needed someone to help with my loan transfer, but they were sending me to my other bank to make this transaction. Even that I did this transfer before with online banking.Online banking have problems with transfers and duplicating payments. That’s why i decided to spot by. No help. Just waste of time .UPD. That phone number is a main line, don’t know who I need to talk to.By the way at the other branch in Roselle IL they were able to help my with this right away.

First off, the people at this branch are nice, friendly and helpful to the best of their ability. The bank overall is terrible. They are so technology challenged its ridiculous. My most recent issue with my business account is the inability to make payments online......I've made 4 calls in the last week to try and get this resolved. Tired of spending time on the phone over the course of the last few years to navigate their terrible systems.

I have been going to this branch for over 10 years. Exceptionally friendly people work here! They have renovated the interior over the past 5 years and it is very nice inside. Housed in an old bank building at the center of Bartlett.

Hard to find location. Parking here is awful. No drive Thur teller. Friendly staff inside.

Impossible to find took 30 minutes to get into the right parking lot and staff could not even explain how to get there, has to get out of the car and walk 10 minutes to get in. TERRIBLE LOCATION AND BRANCH PERIOD!!

I had a great customer service experience here, the two employees who helped us sort out our mortgage payment situation were very helpful. They helped identify the problem and helped solve it within 20 minutes. They we're also extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. I especially appreciated that they asked me how my experience has been with the bank and took my feedback right away - we cannot set up an electronic bill pay from an external bank to our mortgage account (must have an associated checking account), so we have to pay with a physical check (via mail or stop by a branch each month).
