Quality assurance?! We don't need any Quality assurance! I drive a 2019 FCA Ram 1500 up-fitted by this shop. I'm a DIYer, and I have fixed much of their shoddy work. They are your typical federal contractor, with no regard for the end-user, like myself...They mounted the center console so close to the dash, one couldn't use the stock storage drawer "nope, you don't need that!". All the wires under the seat were removed during up-fitting, and left, puddled on the floor of the truck. I fixed that, placing them back in the OEM seat harness. The rifle rack is the best so far...Try mounting a typical AR here and you find quickly find the upper receiver occupies the same place as the 60/40 bench bracket. Absolutely zero thought and effort went onto this build and they collected full payment. If you have this place do work for you, make sure you check their work.

THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS! Do not buy anything from them site unseen. They will give you a great line of BS. The truck I bought from them was not anything like they said. I pulled the truck of the trailer and the drive shaft fell on the ground. They would not return calls and had no intention of helping me out. Worst truck buying experience ever!

Been trying to schedule field service for over a week now and no one will return my calls even when I speak directly to the receptionist. This place is a major joke and I'm working at finding phone numbers of the owners.

Shipping and Receiving are on lunch break from Noon till 12:30. No room inside the lot to turn around. Back your truck into the driveway. Hold short of the gate. Use intercom to communicate and they will open the gate remotely. Back into the dock. Only one truck at a time.
