Everything except the long wait and rude woman at the window was great. Definitely got some rest. Fill up reefer tank before arriving. 4 plus hours.. doors open reefer running . Sad sad sad.. will I get loaded my paperwork says it's 36,000 lb but I scale out at 79,200 I can carry damn near 44,000 lb their paperwork is way off and then they have me 3,000 lb over on the back end and there's no way I can fix that. So now I got to go all the freaking way back there's no scale nowhere near them how incompetent does it can you possibly be to put 6 or7,000 lb extra on a load

That’s about other location in Bartlet, but same company. No restrooms for drivers. Only for employees. Toy toy. I would like to see these nice people doing this in winter with -10 F or in extreme hot like 110. Really. Check in application doesn’t work properly, I had to ask 5 times for assistance. After that, inteligent and nice lady, much younger then my daughter just took my paper and punch it in in 10 seconds. What is her purpose to be there? Just to annoy drivers?

I came here to pick up a loaded trailer and got in and out quickly. They have two warehouses and parking at the dry warehouse if you arrive early. 0600-1800 Monday through Friday
