Great place to get your high-res photos turned into momentos, like a photo canvas. Our family has done this twice now with my wife's family, and it turns out great, and doesn't require a frame. All of it can be done on-line. Once done, all you have to do is pick it up and pay for it. Highly recommended!

One of the slowest and rudest pharmacy staff have ever encountered. A little customer service training is desperately needed. It's especially worrisome the pharmacist on call gets flustered so easily. Avoid as you can't trust the service your getting.

I tested positive for Covid late last week. Made 2 appointments on Saturday for my 2 children to be tested today. I always use this CVS and they have my insurance information. Completed all of the registration information on-line which included my insurance info. Went to the drive-through at the registered time and CVS personnel refused to let us complete the test because a picture of our insurance card was not uploaded during registration when in fact, the registration requests an uploaded picture but specifically states it is NOT required. Completed incompetent. I have reported this CVS to the county health department and to the CVS corporate office. Both advised that they will be investigating. This review is not intended for any other CVS location except the one at Bartlett Plaza. I've never had issues with prescriptions but I strongly recommend you stay away for Covid testing.

Here for test they say 11:50 got here 11:45 go through all The paperwork and told to get back out of line as test is being prepared.All cars in front of me did not have to get out of line to " prepare" test as they told me.Why tell me to be there at 11:50 when tests are not prepared!Poor planning when you know they will be swamped!Be prepared to wait after your time assigned. Boo!!

If you want a Covid Test and want a pigeon (im sure it is lost) to send the test results... this is the perfect place to go. Took my test July 1st and no results as of July 12.

They don't price match per cashier. Walgreens was cheaper by $1 with Tylenol, and milk was cheaper by $0.25. Why they won't price match caused this customer to leave. Convenience or not, I left and went out of my way to Walgreens for the savings. Might want to fix that

I want to send a shout out to Jeff Faust! He has done a wonderful job at CVS. I sure is has been hard turning things around. But I have gone some of the best customer service in the last 2 weeks by CVS techs. Than I have ever gotten as CVS in 8 years. Jeff has always been very easy to deal with CVS is lucky to have you. The lasts 4 times i have gone up to the pharmacy. The workers are so nice and helpful and listen to what you need and seem to care. The lady that has helped me mostly is Contessi she is so sweet and helpful. For all the CVS customers! If you download the CVS app and sign up. You can get Rewards for your meds that you already take and get free 5 dollars at CVS for every 10 fills. Also it makes your pick up process so easy just scan your app at pick up. You can also sign and pay from your phone. You can pay before you pick up under Express pickup. Technology is at your fingertips. It can make your life so much easier.

The workers here lack customer service. If you ask for help the act as if you're an inconvenience. The only nice person there is the red head woman. She's beyond kind and very patient.
