At register I was paying cash,gave him $22.plus change for my $12.plus change needing $10.00 back. His computer stopped working so he called for help. That girl was just plain rude. She slow stutter up front and asked him what he expected her to do. Told him to reboot. Waited there 10 minutes with no results.meanwhile she started taking people who where pausing with credit at the next register. I asked if she could just give me my $10 and was told the computer just needed to reboot. Never going back,it is also a messy store

I was waiting at the register for some time to get attended. A man went to another register and the employee went to assist him, regardless I’ve been waiting awhile at the other register as if they wanted to help him but not me. I brought this up to them and they didn’t respond or acknowledge my concern. Terrible customer service.

Midday (12:15pm) on a Monday, store is busy.
I ran in to grab a couple items quickly on my lunch break.
The line at the register was no less than 10 customers deep and only one cashier. I had to abandon my purchase and leave to get back to work and upon exiting I see TWO Dollar Tree employees standing out front smoking.
Seems a smoke is more important than the customers.

I was there and witnessed an employee yelling out loud at another in front of the entire store. That was very unprofessional. If an employee needs to be talked to, do it where customers aren't around. I can't believe the disrespect from that to the employee who was getting yelled at. Absolutely not acceptable at all.

The stock crew is taking merchandise from the toy cases putting them to the side case was just put out and was missing alot of the castings

Cleanest dollar tree I’ve been to. Aisles were neat and stock was organized. An employee helped me find my item I needed.

I shop here weekly. The recent staff is lazy and not helpful. There is one extremely rude employee brianna. Most people run away from helping anyone. In the past the store was clean and great but lately pathetic customer service

This Dollar tree is definitely cleaner and more organized than most other Dollar tree stores. And they seem to be more stocked too.

Was super excited to have one open up near the house, however this store is a mess!!! Boxes everywhere, employees are rude, shelves are literally falling, everything out of place. This store needs a new GM or some serious help from Corporate.

Went in today, no cashier, another employee had to go get him from his car, no bags to put your purchases in, they ran out. Who is running this business??!!
