I love this place and I come here every once in a while but yesterday (Wednesday) I went to get my nails layered in the evening and I think they just rushed through my nails and I have a trip this Memorial Day and I’m so sad I still paid a lot of money for it :/

Super nice people, good customer service. I work near by and it’s always convenient to come here but I’m getting tired of asking for pointy nails and getting them rounded off . I shouldn’t have to cut my nails prior to coming in, or have to point them when I leave the shop .

Went there new years day since they were the only ones open. Had a shoulder injury on my right arm. (Not obvious) The nail tech filed my nails after shaping and cut me open with a file and still blamed me because my right hand is “too stiff” i need to relax my hand. She went into her drawer and poured some blue liquid in to the cut. Why i didn’t walk out of there idk. I told her multiple times i have and injury to my shoulder after she kept tugging at my right hand to relax. She said that has NOTHING to do with my hands. I was pregnant and kept referring to my baby as her baby. She went back in to file some more was distracted and did it again. Playfully apologized. Went on like nothing. The first and last time. I should never cheat on my nail tech lesson learned. Manicure itself was 5/10 customer service is the 1 star

My wife and I went there for a pedicure. The owner asks my wife for no-chip or chip and never mentions a price. Then my lady drops the whole bag of FIRE DUST on my leg and burns it nice and good. When we go to leave, we are then told of the $20 upcharge for the no-chip. Lovely experience.

I went here for the first time today, service was awesome, I didn't have to go wait. Jimmy gave me the classic pedicure. $35. He was thorough with the calf and foot massage. My nails came out great. He was friendly and patient with my ticklish feet. Then Tati(spelling?) game time some almond acrylics. She did a great job. She really paid attention to detail and when I asked her to fix a little bump on one, did so quickly, going on to check the rest to ensure there wasn't the same issue twice. Acrylic nails cost $55. Not sure if there was an extra cost for shaping. They were talking about it but I asked for pricing before I told her I wanted them shaped so that was my bad. Will be back!

professionalism and customer service are foreign terms in this place. i believe the customer should have a say in what they want, considering they are paying for it.

Not too bad, they don't disinfect the tools properly, very bad with the same tools that work for everyone ??
