Erika has been doing my hair for the past 10 years. I come in every 3 weeks for my root touch up and cut. Erika's work is phenomenal. There's no one else I would allow to work on my hair. She uses the best color lines for my specific hair type. What I love most about Erika is her friendliness. Erika also keeps up with trends and new products that come out. Every time I leave Erika's chair I feel like a new woman. My hair is long and healthy. Thank you Erika for taking such good care of my hair

I used to go to Erika for a long time and held off on writing this review for a while, however now that I have gone to multiple salon since I feel like I can write this. Firstly, she will over charge you and come up with prices on the spot that are ridiculously expensive. For example to do a keratin treatment it was 200$ the first two times. Then, the third time (a year later) she said it's 400$ and I told her about how much I paid last time she charge 200 and she said no it wasn't. However I know for a fact I wouldn't pay more since 200 is a lot already! Secondly, the quality of the services she provide is hit or miss but only miss toward the last 5 appointments. She is not good at cutting curly hair and with balayage with darker hair she always left it orange for me and others i've witnessed. I found she is good in the beginning when she was trying to impress a new client and get us to come back but over time she over charged and under performed. Some of it depends on the number of people and whether she is rushing to finish you for the next person which happened a lot! She can split the attention of your appointment with other people if you book on weekends which isn't the end of the world but isn't pleasant and can feel like she isn't paying attention to what she is doing. Lastly but most importantly; the overcharging got out of hand and was taken advantaging of us being regulars. She would come up with a random price and each time it started getting more expensive and once I planned to color my hair she told me 180-250 and then it was over 300. Simply put, it was WAY overpriced since I have paid half or almost half for every service I had at the salon at my new salon. (never got a receipt and was always asked to pay cash) The service wasn't great and the quality was varied.

Fuy por un corte bob y lo que menos salí de hay adentro fue con mi corte deseado mi corte de pelo salió un desastre nada que ver a lo que le pedí aparte desparejo . No la recomiendo!!

went to Erica Again after she opened for Covid 19. she was great she did more than expected with my hair to make me look presentable after isolation. Her haircut was great. Going back next week to get color. can't wait to see what she does
